I understand being stressed out, I give a lot of patience to all workers. However, that doesn't mean I enjoy when people are getting snippy with me when I've done nothing but be kindBeing out of fries sort of bugged me but I was alright with the potato instead of fries, just wished I had been given a lower price for it since the fries are cheaperMy burger was great, I just hope the staff gets a little friendlier
Sat at drivethru over 10 min, 1 car infront, 4 behind.2 behind left then I left. Nobody was waiting on orders to be done at the window.I called and the lady said they’re short staffed.
The person working drive-thru tried to keep my $9.96 change. My bill was $10.04 I gave her a $20. The math is simple. This was after my wife couldn't get her sandwich. Place went downhill over the years in my opinion.
The burger they gave me was probably the closest thing I've seen to burgers in commercials and the fries were hot! Best $5 I ever spent on fast food.
We came in the skinny entrance right off the main road, which could be a little intimidating for someone not very confident on where their corners are on their vehicle. There is a side street you can come in on a 100ft or so away from this entrance, it's much easier to navigate. Overall the food was good and the drive through was quick.
If I could give zero stars, I would for the Wendy’s off the Strinestown exit off I-83 in PA. I could have gone anywhere else and I chose Wendy’s, only to be disappointed.I ordered a breakfast sandwich (something I rarely ever do, anywhere) and when I drive around to the pickup window I was delighted to see the sign I posted in the window. I could try one of their drinks! How wonderful! It was not to be, they would not honor the sign. I saw no stipulations listed on the sign except it could not be a combo, which mine was not. The girl who served my order asked me if I was a senior citizen then called the manager. The manager came to the window and gave me a hard time. I drove away without my free drink. Poor customer service.
Its been a long time since I picked up fast food. Stopped last evening to grab a meal and I have to say all the workers were very nice. They had a great attitude and a smile to go with. Keep up the great job in Strinestown.
Good service. Food is good but I will say that they are killing it now with these new hot and crispy fries are amazing. Definitely makes me come back wanting more.

Ordered from here via online once. And was excited to try their fries. And all I can say is, I had instant heart failure due to the amount of salt on each fry. It was like eating straight up salt. We could shake off almost a teaspoon of salt on each fry. Yikes.
