This was the worst fast food experience of my life! The spicy chicken sandwich was like a hockey puck and I thought I chipped my tooth. The service was very slow and disorganized. However, the older lady behind the counter actually cared and did her best.
Was here on Thursday around 5:30pm. When pulling up the drive through person sounded miserable. Once I got to the window, I’m pretty sure it was the same person, didn’t greet me and just asked for the total. I presented a card I had for a free Jrs Frosty and she still made me pay for it. Then she handed me the change and good, no ‘here ya go’, ‘have a good day’ nothing. I never had such rude and unfriendly customer service.
This location is a coin toss whether you'll get the correct food/item. Today, S.W. Avocado salad that didn't have any avocado.. :(For every visit I've had though, ordering at the counter is such a turn-off to coming back. It's as if no one considers hygiene. There is one lady in particular lady that is super-unhygenic. She is incentive to go through the drive thru...
This place is terrible. Waited 5 minutes to order food while two employees were busy making out behinf the coke machine, then i get a Burnt crispy burger. Ok no big deal.. ask for one not so burnt. Second also shot, super burnt.. ahhh no there F’in with me i see.
You know... Wendy's. Dave Thomas' fascination with making burgers right? Where's the Beef? Yeah, that place. Well, I gotta say, this was one of the FRESHEST burgers I've eaten in a while! I'd been craving that juiciness and perfect amount of cooking for a while, and other Wendy's have left me feeling a bit short. But I gotta say, I took a chance here and I was not let down! Friendly staff, great custom Dave's Double. Great stuff! Awesome on a day that was pretty much the worst.
Asked for barbecue sauce and the cashier literally said we’re backed up so no. Also my fries were ice cold. The only thing that was decent was my chicken sandwich. They weren’t under staffed so I don’t understand why it’s so hard for them to get sauce for a paying customer who was polite.
Slow and food was cold. Drive thru took forever to serve the 2 cars ahead of us and our food was sitting out next to the soda machine where it got cold before we even received it
Wendy’s in East York is very disappointing. My husband and I were there last week. The restaurant was freezing cold. My fries were cold. They employees acted like they didn’t care. We to repeat our orders several times and No decent management. Not only that. But, there were careless sloppy Teenagers work there. Do they didn’t care. Why was there not a decent manager on duty?! Just Aweful! I think they should close the place down. If there are not going to be decent people and decent management their. Thank you!
Pretty good food. The restaurant is always busy, even late in the night. I did have an incident where I was given the wrong food, but I caught it before I left the drive through. They still forgot my husband's food. However, the food I did receive was very yummy!
I ordered 2 meals that cost about $17 and some change. They gave me the wrong change. They only got me for $2 and I pulled up to check my order n count. I didn't feel like waiting in line or arguing with them so I left. The sprite was literally water with a few bubbles also. I've tried to call to inform them so they can ch get the soda n double count when they hand people change. No biggie. It's dead and they never answered and I called 3 times. My son of a beaconator sandwich has old meat and dried out and the chicken sandwich looks like it's from this morning and nasty.
