I hate to give bad reviews but I would actually give it a zero. Bad service, dirty tables, condiment table almost empty, soda machine filthy, employees leaning on back counter doing nothing. We had to ask for things numerous times which annoyed the employees. Something has obviously changed there as we always had good service before and the place was clean and well stocked. We were not the only customers who had difficulty. Will not eat there again.

Update May 15, 2022:. Friends of ours wanted to stop here for a quick bite to eat and so we agreed. I knew they had supposedly remodeled the inside and were reopened for business. There were four of us, two couples, and we went in and asked if we were allowed to eat inside. They said yes we were. The first couple plays their order and tried to pay with cash and the person behind the counter told them they did not have any change. Thinking me that coin change, they began to count out exact points. They actually meant they had no dollars for change either and so it became an issue since our friend did not have a card with them. How can you run a fast food restaurant and not have change, coins or dollar bills. This continues to be the absolutely worse run Wendy's I've ever visited and I would give it negative stars if it was possible.Reviewed in 2021: I'm done with this Wendy's. Will not stop here again. This time, ordered 2 sodas and the workers finger nails were so long they couldn't properly put the lid on the drinks and soda spilled all over the inside door of my car and my clothes when she was handing them out. This Wendy's has not gotten an order or service right in years. Will no longer stop here.

I hate to say it but it was horrible service I waited 20 minutes for a single burger. And I was the only person in line on the inside of the restaurant and there was only one person in the Drive-Thru. The manager on duty was more focused on being loud singing and being obnoxious to his fellow employees. Along with that the woman making the fries qas more concerned with giving me a dirty look because I made an order. I'm never one to complain but come on people you're in the service industry I would love to see some service.

I am a rather patient individual and waited for a while in the drive through, on two separate occasions. With the same outcome. No one even acknowledged me in the drive through. No greeting. No “I’ll be right with you”Nothing. Literally nothing. From the other reviews, this isn’t out of the ordinary.

This Wendy's is TERRIBLE! They never have their act together, they are slow no matter how staffed. The food is fresh maybe 25% of the time (hence the 2 star review as opposed to 1). I love Wendy's breakfast and cringe every time I roll the dice on this location (it is closest to my home). On RARE occasions they get it right. Last time I was there, I waited for 10 minutes at the drive through and there was no line. I asked after halfway through "anybody there", and I received a rude "it'll be a minute sir".5 minutes later...same response. 4 minutes later I was in thr McDonalds parking lot....hence the picture of the Wendy's from the McDonald's drive through. Patronize at your own risk.

Like a lot of other places, the food quality at this location has gotten to be terrible. Ordered a Dave's Single, and got a burger that was black and hard. It literally looked overcooked and leftover from the day before. And got no onion or tomato on it, only a tiny piece of lettuce. It was inedible and went in the trash. Ive now learned my lesson here too. The pride in food preparation doesnt seem to exist many places anymore. It seems everybody feels they're entitled to $15 an hour, as long as good work isnt mandatory. Sad.

This by far the NASTIEST thing I have had. COLD and STALE burger and not to mention the fries

Hot n juicy not cold and terrible single and double burger cold hot & crispy fries sat for 20 minutes chicken nuggets 10 pasta tossed in the trash waiting in line in Wendy's fast drive thru was false advertising will not be eating here anymore plus no Frosty available notice to consumer Go somewhere else ?

Over staffed and goofing around everytime I come here. 30 min wait in drivethru before even ordering. Ordered on mobile app for dine in then proceeded to go inside to pickup food. Was kicked out because they don’t serve dine in. Went to curbside and waited like they told me to for 45 min. Eventually went to drivethru to find out they never made order. They are out of stock a lot as well. One of the worst around.

i luv the food but . drive thru u have to wait like forever to order, wIt in line then get to speaker to order an still wait til theyget person infrt of u order. corporate needs to staff more employees to accomadate customers. its that way all the time, terrible i stopped going there an now go to mcdonalds across the street.
