I chose this restaurant because the description said authentic Italian food. My friend was craving Lasagna. We were not happy at all with the food! The lasagna was served in a round plastic container and was swimming in sauce. It was extremely hot like it just came from the microwave. I had to wonder if it was frozen food because of the way it was served and because it took a long time to get it. I would never eat there again. Plus they charged more than what was on their menu for food and for drinks & added a checkout fee!!
Horrible customer service experience, if I could give zero stars I would. They packed the order wrong then it fell on the floor because the bag was saturated with wing sauce, blamed me for it, then when I asked for a refund on my soggy, horrible order(sub was entirely wet) , the guy said I was being ridiculous and was completely rude on the phone. Awful experience, Rutter’s food is better. Don’t eat here.
Decent pizza. Salad was a little lacking, just lettuce tomato and chicken. But over all good food

This pizza is really really great! It’s not a sweet sauce (as I find most in York co. to be), which is fine…but savory, juicy, and soo delicious is what you’ll find here and how I like it. The crust is that delicate light outside crisp with a chewy and perfect feel and taste on inside. This is a great pie for anyone who has been searching for that perfect slice that they’ve been missing ever since experiencing “real” pizza enlightenment, you know who you are, and you’re welcome!
Recently tried Vincenzo's Place for lunch after reading the positive reviews, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. The plain pizza was oily and the crust had a rubbery consistency. It also did not re-heat well. I am not sure if this was one-off experience, and I may try it again in the future. If I do, I will update my review.
Got lunch here for the first time today! The food is fantastic! Best pizza I have had in years!! The Alfredo was delicious my daughter loved it!! Never getting pizza anywhere else again!!! Why go anywhere but the best place!!!
Highly recommend ? fresh bread & pizza dough ? First time eating here and didn't disappoint! Had the best meat lovers/Supreme Pizza ( the Vincenzo's Special)
Great pizza! My first time at Vincenzo's and it was only because I happened to drive past and was hungry. Well what a pleasant surprise. Honestly, this is one of the very few places in the area that comes really close to getting the NY/NJ style pizza right. I haven't tried anything else off of the menu, but I certainly plan on doing so. Highly recommended!
I am from Jersey and have lived in PA over 15 years. We found Vincenzo's when we moved to Leaders Heights. Finally, pizza up to my NJ/NY standard. Even more amazing is to find a place that owned by followers of Christ who are no ashamed to let everyone know who they are. The entire staff is awesome. The food is great. Orders are always correct, and food is always hot. Try the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. There Bolis are also enormous.
