Terrible service !!!! I placed an online order at 6:00 pm for smoothies and food. At 6:30 the employee called to inform me that the store closed at 5:30 and if I wanted my order I needed to be there ASAP to pick it up, because she had to leave.....why would you take AND prepare my order if you are already closed ( even though this location is to be open until 9 pm. ) The employee then says " do you just want a refund ? YES of course I do !!! at this point I'm almost 100% sure that my order would not be correct. I'm also doubtful that I will ever see the refund. This location is a joke !!!!! Shut it down, or fire ALL the employees and start fresh.I had to choose 1 star in order to publish this review, but in reality it should be NEGATIVE 5 stars
I was just in there. 2 girls just on their phones taking their time. Whispered about another customer. Also put 3 scoops of peanut butter for one smoothie my smoothie just tasted like peanut butter. This is the second time coming here and the service was bad. They need to train these kids better.
Pretty annoyed, I get here at 8:25 and the lights were off the open sign was off and there was 2 girls sitting on there phones inside. This location closes at 9 and I knew this so I knocked on the door and they shook there head and said there closed I said your supposed to be open until 9 o’clock through the door mind you and they both just turned around. Very unprofessional of a store to be closed way before the time they are supposed to be. The workers need more training from experiences time and time again being there and it’s always really young kids running it by themselves. This is now the second time this place has been closed with people in there way before 9.
the worst service i have ever had, ordered on line went in to pick up my order, decided to look at it there. There was no kale slaw or apple for the 2 orders. no napkin or straws in the bags. had to ask for sour cream and the apple and chips for the meals. once back to work to eat mine it was burnt and had no sauce (that comes on it) and my co-workers had more Lettice on her wrap than anything, you would have thought it was suppose to be a salad...absolutely unacceptable!
My hubby and I decided to go here last minute since we had to stop at home Depot and this is right across the street. The whole experience was just ok. We walked in at 7:30pm. The door said they closed at 9pm but the dine-in chairs were already all up on the tables. Which is fine, we had our young child with us so taking it home is sometimes a better idea. We decided to get 'meals' for all 3 of us. I don't frequent any "fast food" places so it took me a moment to decide what to order. which the cashier looked busy making smoothies so I knew I had time. But by the time I walked up to the counter, she seemed LESS energetic than my 80yr old grandma, to take our order. Ok whatever, she seemed young and it was getting to the end of their night. I got the Baja chicken wrap and realized about the 4th bite in that they didn't put any chicken in it. My daughter got the chicken quesadilla which didn't really seem like a kids quesadilla but it was good otherwise. And my hubby got the avocado grilled cheese which just looked super sad. The smoothies were on point! That was about the only upside! If I go back since we live close, I'll probably just stick to smoothies since that's what they do well.
Always good food and smoothies, but I can't figure out the hours. I'm assuming it is short staffed because some weeks they are open when I go, and some they are closed on the same weekday and time.
Currently waiting 30minutes for my smoothie. Online ordering is messed up and all the orders are wrong. Both employees on their first day with no managers here to train or help. Several people walking out. Feel bad for the 2 girls rushing around working.
The manager here is the most unprofessional, uneducated, immature little girl to have manage a store ever. Beware everyone that goes to this location it's nothing but a drama pit of high-school b.s it's a reality TV show in a store and the manager is the lead role. I'm surprised coperate hasn't fired them all and started over. If I was the owner of this location I'd be sick to have my stores face with such a unprofessional ignorant floosey
They would have 5/5 if they did mobile pay, other than that the food and smoothies are delicious
If you go in the middle of the day it’s decent food but they lock the doors and ignore you an hour before they’re supposed to close, they’ll leave the open sign on but completely ignore you and not take any phone calls
