Unfortunately I could not leave a -1. I made a order online 30 minutes prior to getting to the store due to my experience with a previous order taking about 50 minutes. When I arrived to the store today the lady behind the counter said I would have to take my order (chicken quesadilla and a turkey and cheese wrap) home and put it in the oven because their over was not working. I asked her to repeat herself because I thought she was joking. She then repeated it and said "well it's warm but it's not crunchy so you will have to take it home." I explained that I'm not going home and why would I want to take my order home to complete the cooking process. She the responded well you understand right. I'm not sure what's going on at this place, but I will never order from here again. The customer service at that store is non existent.
I have had a few problems here as far as goin to the location and they were open but the doors were locked and the lights were off, to receiving the wrong food and being yelled at or not receiving my full order to also when I order online I never getting the edible straws that I PAY for or even a free straw in place of the edible one I pay for, leaving me with no straw at all. I took it upon myself today to even call them to remind them not to forget my straw that I'm paying for and they said ok.. No straw today either. So I have literally paid for 8 straws I never got which isn't a lot of money but its the principle. I called after getting my order to let them know about the issues i have been having and I was hung up on.
I don't recommend wasting your time in this dirty, under staffed restaurant. Once again I try to go and order something for lunch and I'm told "it might be 30 minutes, 40 minutes, I don't know." There is a dog walking around the restaurant where exposed food is. An employee walked in, started working with food and didn't even wash their hands. You need to shut this location down. It's an eye sore and the employees are incredibly rude!
Doordash and uber eats drivers beware. They claim they close at 8pm Sundays. Got an order at 6pm and pulled up... sign off and a lady inside just standing there with her arms up, saying they were closed. Lol what a joke of a place. Just don't pick up from here. Save yourself the hassle.
This store is DIRTY. Employees were short tempered screaming orders out while running a blender and then yelling at customers because we couldn’t understand them. I totally get being short staffed but a 25 minute wait on a smoothie and flat bread is ridiculous. I’m glad the new smoothie king just opened I will not be returning here and I recommend not wasting your time here either.
I get that places are in need of help so I try to be patient, but this place is a mess. We ordered online and waited over 40 minutes for our food and drinks. Meanwhile several walk ins came and left with their items while we sat. They locked the doors and were telling later people to cancel their online or door dash orders. The one girl making smoothies was about to cry, so I felt bad for her. It just seems like everyone there was super disorganized, making it much more complicated than it needs to be. We won't be back here.
Cancels an order on their app, blames me for it. Refuses a refund. This is what what we call stealing boys and girls. Apparently new owners took over recently. Hope they enjoy chargebacks and frankly, you guys are a franchise. Maybe a small claims case with the owners as well to put them in their place. I’ll put it simple for you guys, people don’t steal from me. Your world is about to flip itself on its head.
They waited an hour after I placed my order and canceled it making me late to work and when I called and gave no fixes besides saying that they can’t satisfy me. Told me they weren’t even making food today but didn’t call Or let me know I was extremely rude on the phone. This place has gone down down down since new management just go to smoothie King and save yourself the hassle
The smoothies were fine the food not so much. We did see all the bad reviews for this location but I just went for it. I won’t do that again. We ordered chicken quesadillas they came without chicken and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I ordered a Smokey grilled cheese and it was only cooked on one side and only had bacon on it???
Only giving the one star because I have to. Will not go to this store again. Instead I will go out of my way smoothie king. In their defense there was a sign on the door that said masks required we will ask. Meanwhile we walk in and the only female employee in the store at the time had NO MASK on. When she asked me to put a mask on I said but you don’t have one on and she stuttered and said I know but I have to put one on. Needless to say we left but before we left we watched as she made the 2 customers smoothies in front of us the entire time with no mask. They walked and out shook their heads and she did not comply for their visit. Awful customer service.
