Terrible service, cold food, 0/10

Have come here twice, first time amazing. Second time awful Food was amazing but was ignored by the bartender for over two hours only had one drink, she served everyone in my party (especially the men) but me. Then proceeded to insult me by flirting with my boyfriend. Will not be returning

I got the breakfast pizza and it was freaking delicious! I got it with the scrambled eggs instead of the dippy eggs and it was perfect!! I had to give compliments to the chef!! The drinks were also good!!I was not impressed with the service at this location. The hostess wasn't personable at all and didn't explain to us that this establishment has two options for service. We could either order from the app and have it delivered to the table or have the server take our order. They claim it is to allow for better service but we didn't see that occur! We sat at the table for 10 minutes before we were greeted at the table. We had empty drinks at our table and had to get the attention of our server for refills. The food is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars!!

Nice little place with passable food. They were definitely a little disorganized - we started out with the wrong menus (they gave us brunch menus after brunch was already over and the two drink menus we had didn't match each other) and I'm not sure if they didn't have a hostess or if it was just too early in the day for that, but it could have been a little better in that area. Food was pretty standard, fair pricing with comfortable portions. No major complaints, but no real high praise either. The beer was pretty fantastic. They had maybe 15-20 options on tap, and each one we got was very good - it's actually what saved this from being a 3 star review.Price per person included dinner, wine, multiple beers, apps, etc. If you just stop in for a plate and a drink you'd spend probably $15-$30 a head, depending on what you pick.

Didn’t even get to try the food. The owners come in to my job all the time wearing their Fig and Barrel shirts, so I thought I’d try the food for my birthday. We get there at around 12:30 pm and a server says they’re only seating reservations, even though the restaurant was basically empty except for a few people at the bar. Doesn’t make sense to deny a group of paying customers, so we left. What a great way to spend your birthday. I will most likely not be returning.

Our server Brittany was fantastic, but the kitchen staff was so terribly slow that after being seated and placing our orders, it took over an hour and a half to receive our meals, and only after speaking with the owner. 3 of my friends didn't make it till then. RIP guys.

Booked a table for brunch this past weekend and was really excited to try it. Unfortunately, it was a really bad experience. Despite booking a table for five (with a confirmation email & text from them!), they crammed us into a table for four after not finding our reservation. It wasn’t super crowded inside when we arrived, but service was really slow, and the food was brought out one plate at a time, which meant my kids and I had our food well before my husband and mom got theirs. My kids were finished by the time mom’s came out. Then, my husband found a hair in his food - under the tortilla in his huevos rancheros. It was just a really gross, disappointing experience. We won’t be back.

Excellent service! We went for the appetizers & a few drinks before a concert we went to. Three cheese pierogis, Bourbon BBQ wings & Wood fired brussel sprouts were delicious. Double IPA (Vibrations), Pale ale, Snickers & PB & J shots were all satisfying. Our server was the only one on the floor and was VERY attentive, pleasant & helpful. Calm & laid back ambiance of this restaurant made our first time visit there memorable. Thank you Fig & Barrel staff!

Been here twice with two entirely different experiences.I went here with my boyfriend a while ago and enjoyed it. His pizza was alright and my pasta was fantastic. Our server was very busy but still made a great impression. We liked it and tried to go back a couple weeks later and found the restaurant closed in the middle of the day when the hours said open. We tried calling to see when they would open back up and no one answered, despite seeing people inside.Last night we finally made it back and had an awful experience. We both got the pasta that I’d had before expecting the same amazing dish. We were incredibly disappointed. I know that it’s a scratch kitchen and some difference can be expected… but it was barely edible. Each of our servings tasted completely different but equally awful. We’ve both had very upset stomachs ever since. After waiting so long, we didn’t have time to ask for something else and just tried to get through it quickly. Needless to say we regret that decision. Our server was honestly just terrible. She had a very unprofessional manner about her. We spent more time waiting for her throughout the meal then anything else. We even heard the bell for our food multiple times and ended up having it delivered by someone else. As a server myself, I do understand when it’s busy, but it really wasn’t.After our first visit we thought we’d be going to this restaurant pretty often but after last night we decided we won’t be going back.I’m not one to write reviews, but after both being sick from the same $20 meal I think it’s warranted. Hopefully this is helpful to someone.

Went today for brunch. We were a party of nine with five of those being fifteen and under. Our waitress did a fantastic job (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name). Our food took a bit to be ready but they were super busy and almost all of the kids food being altered. It was worth the wait! The cheesy grits were the best I've ever had. Amazing tomato sauce on the pizza and so much more. We will definitely be back (probably sans kids) and we will definitely recommend.
