Was highly upset !! Very disappointed!! went yesterday first in line ..took a 40 mins for my grandsons food to come out..he was done eating before we received our food .my steak was over cooked and my mushrooms were cold !! Not very happy 😕. Never took that long on a Friday or Saturday evening an then to not be hot an overcooked .
The appetizer came out with my dinner and the blooming onion was overcooked and cold. The manager was going around and asking people if everything was ok. Told her about my blooming onion and she didn't seem to care and did nothing about it. But our steaks were done just fine and our server was wonderful. Thank goodness they have a great server like him to bumper the nonchalant attitude of the manager.
Food was good and waitress was the best. A Everything was good and hot. Jerry
Dinner on Sunday was about 1 hour wait. Place was packed and waiting area was full. The waiter John was awesome. He was attentive and friendly. The food took 30 mins to come including appetizers. But was expected with how busy the restaurant was. The steak and shrimp was very good. Food was overall good. Strawberry lemonade is yummy.Bathroom had no toilet paper in 2 stales.i told several workers and no one took time to see who can get some for restrooms.Not a bad experience overall as far as service and food. But....BUT....Parking at this location is a madhouse. People are lazy to walk and will wait til something close comes open causing congestion for everyone.When checking in for table front area was crowded and whole check in area was full. A fire hazard and a safety concern.. they asked people to wait in their cars til tables were ready but no luck on that. This is not a place to go to if you don't like crowds and some rude people.

Took a bit to get seated, but it was St. Patrick's day, so probably not the norm. Staff was friendly, and restaurant was clean. Ordered food, and it came out pretty quick. The food was really good! Their homemade rolls with cinnamon butter are second to none! I got Ribs and they were awesome! It's been a while since I've been here, but its still really good. If you like steak, ribs, or burgers check it out. Also, it's very affordable.
Our server Patricia was new and she was one of the best servers I have dealt with. Very attentive and great personality. Hope she is our server next time we are there. Food was great as usual we shall be back soon.
The staff was friendly and quick service even though it was very busy. The food was hot and the order was correct. We had an amazing time. The restaurant was loud but that's to be expected. Oh, and the manager even popped over to our table to see if everything was to our liking.
Was really good. Not a fan of chains usually. Prices reasonable. Portions good. Service great.
Great service.Great atmosphere.2 issues one was the first impression and waiting for a seat and requesting my salad not to be as cold.The greeter keep telling us to wait until are fully party arrived....and we had only 5 people.Second, I don't care for ice cold salad I asked for it to chill outside the fridge until serving... all 3 salads were ice cold.
