Every time I get food here, at least 1 major thing is wrong. I used to email and take the surveys but they've stopped refunding or replacing the meals, probably because they think I'm trying to get free meals. They just keep making that many mistakes.Just the other day I got a soaking wet gordita somehow? Straight in the trash.
Restaurant would not take my promotional coupon for a free combo meal, even though it was issued by the manager of the restaurant during a prior bad experience. This totally negated the intent of the promotion being issued as a way of “righting” a bad experience. Don’t issue coupons if you don’t know how to take them into your system once redeemed.
I ordered online and they forgot several of my items even though it didn't seem busy at all at the time. They were nice about getting the items for me when I brought it up though. Related, when I was waiting for my food, another customer came in and complained that they forgot one of his items too.
Walked in, told them eating inside, handed me a bag? Is that the new thing. Beans wiped on my Fry's at first i was wondering what it was. Taco stale and broken. Trash all over tables , chairs, floor, napkins stuffed in coerner of window. Never going back. Yuck.
All I gotta say, is those people working that drive thru are awesome. Guy checked my bags, gave extra napkins, and was overall a nice person. I appreciate all those working in food industry
We just ordered from here through door dash and I just got completely aggravated with everything about my order. They forgot one of our large drinks, and also my cheese for my CHIPS AND CHEESE like what!?!? And also I may as well have ordered soft shells because when I opened my HARD SHELL tacos the were soggy and all falling apart. Which wouldn't be a problem because I know they are going to be hot and condensate but when I actually go to the store and get the same thing in person my tacos are the exact same way. I feel like the Taco Bell is also forgetting something in my order or they are just too lazy to read the whole thing but I'm tired of it.
Location was clean, the associates working were pleasant and professional. My food was prepared as ordered served at the appropriate temperature and tasted great.
I absolutely love Taco Bell. This particular store is very efficient and the staff are extremely friendly. Pretty much anything we have gotten here has been spot on. Fresh and crispy and flavorful. Not usually much of a wait here in the drive-through. Centrally located to a lot of really good shopping spots.
3rd day in a row, not open in time for breakfast. Sitting here at 9am and they say it’s gonna be another 15 minutes.... Apparently the manager did not show in the morning was the excuse. GM here needs to get a grip..
I have to say I've never been to a taco bell before. You order and pay at a kiosk, they they make your food and give it to you. Nothing special. I must say it didn't smell like a Mexican restaurant, in fact it smelled like nothing. No cumin or cilantro, nothing. I didn't know what they were cooking back there. I got a double steak grilled cheese burrito for my husband. He said it was okay. Won't go again.
