The food is tasty, if you can actually get it. I have used this location for years, and it is entirely possible for it to be closed during business hours, the dining room is closed whenever they feel like it, etc. I went there once at 11pm and they had the lights off, with employees inside that refused to answer the drive through order stand, and the doors were locked. This was long before the pandemic so that was not the issue. Okay so latest episode in "how to be the worst restaurant ever:" I sat in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes last night and only 2 cars moved in front of me. The line had grown to where you enter their parking lot. The dining room was locked, of course. Meanwhile, all the "employees" were laughing and filling up on fountain drinks in the dining room. I was finally able to get out of line and just left. Either management is playing with the rest of the employees, or there is no supervision here. Worst location, ever. The one on east Market street however, has always been excellent. I recommend going there!
I was doing uber and the young woman who attends the spiker was rude and closed the window in my face just for being two orders in one... I really felt discriminated against. I wouldn't want to go back there.
Very friendly employees and they always get my order correct!
I ate here at around noon on a Tuesday and was very impressed! The food was actually hot and fresh made and the lettuce wasn't soggy and didn't taste old at all. The food came out fast and I actually enjoyed the meal. I got the new crispy chicken soft taco with avocado ranch and was very yummy. I dined in and the tables and chairs didn't have any bits of food so looked clean enough to sit anywhere. The staff was polite and a bit shy but that's a good thing. I would only come to this location again. I have been extremely disappointed with the other York tacobells and the Etters tacobell(especially the Etters location they gave me food sickness 3 times in a row). Thank you for good food !
y’all got good food. i’ll give you that. but i keep getting chicken quesadillas when i order cheese. this is probably the third or fourth time now. first time, no big deal. second, whatever… third.. fourth.. i’m having a problem. read what it says next time. I moved here a year ago and the taco bell at my house never did this. Just read it throughly before actually making it please.
Received someone else's order. Had to drive all the way back after getting home just to get my food. Couldnt go back that very minute so had no lunch
On Sunday afternoon, 12/26/21 my 11 year old daughter and I had lunch. The food was served quickly and was hot and fresh. My reason for the 3 star review is because of the language coming from the kitchen. One of the young ladies yelled on more than one occasion “Jesus f*#*ing Christ” for everyone in the restaurant to hear! That’s no way for your employees to be speaking, especially when there are guests,Including children in the lobby!
On there website it says they are open at 8 and it's 830 and doors are still locked no signs up no one answered the doors nothing the only taco bell that serves breakfast and obviously no one wants to work anymore so this place gets one star
Taco were good but pricey. Speed of processing the order was average. The drive thru had no sign to read the menu prior to order so you had to read the menu in a hurry
Staff were very courteous. Although out of mild and hot sauce. I guess everyone is out of everything in the pandemic.
