Thought I rated this already...But...let me just say...the people here make this a great place for lunch. Now, I'm not saying it's necessarily good for your waistline to be on a first name basis with the cashier at Taco Bell...but...that's how amazing their customer service is. ?♂️Last time I was there they were trying out a new guacamole recipe and passed samples to a few customers. It was honestly better quac than I had at an expensive hotel café quite recently.....I'm just getting going...Wendy's nearby is just sad...And Arby's next door can't even bother to open their dining area. (Sigh)Jordan...you rock my brother!
just got some things from taco bell, meals for 4 adults. ordered the food, put the max option on the mobile app for 25 mild sauce packets, got home (30 mins away from this location) there's no mild sauce. there's no sauce at all. I'm big sad bc I don't get taco bell often but I think the food is semi flavorless, the mild sauce makes it better. bruh.
Very friendly staff. They made a mistake on my order and quickly corrected it. Excellent customer service!
Came by to pick up an uber eats order on a monday shortly after 8pm the doors are locked so i went thru the drive thru the girl said they are closed. They closed @ 6:30 pm due to being understaffed i counted 5 employees inside. I sar in the parking lot i counted 3 employees leaving and they weren't empty handed.
Pretty good the food was great like usual but I would avoid this one specifically it tends to have bad staff from my experience.
They were very friendly and efficient. The line was long, but they moved things a long pretty quickly. I also appreciate that even though it was super busy they had our order correct when we checked it!
Ive Never been through a drive through so slow. I know a lot of places are understaffed but it’s like this location isn’t even trying. And it’s in a terrible location… but that’s not the workers fault. It is their fault for the nasty attitude I received from them and the way they play on their phones instead of work. It’s strange how many businesses have young people playing on their phones when they should be working. Sad to see that this has become one of them
This location unfortunately has earned itself a questionable reputation, as seen in the reviews. I've had several bad experiences here as well. But today the food was good, my order was correct, and both employees i talked to were very nice. Good job
1 star for; unprofessionalism, poor attitude, for not contacting your customer and letting them think their delivery went through, and for not updating your delivery hours with your delivery service.I delivered three times within 2 hours for this establishment. I arrived there just before 10PM to pick up another delivery. The staff who responded to me first (via intercom), was a gem and let me know the store was closed. I gave her my information and let her know I was there to pick an order up for delivery. This was my first time delivering for them at this hour, so I was unaware that they do not accept orders past 9PM. I politely asked if the customer was notified and someone interrupted the employee I was speaking with, talked over me, said I should cancel the order and ended the conversation before I could get a word in. I’m connecting merchants with THEIR customers, and I won’t tolerate being spoken to in a rude manner, and dismissed.
Took awhile to order because the headset in drive thru was crackly. Other than that I was great service. Tacos were hard on the soft tortillas though. Tasted old.
