Ordered on the app. Picked up and left. When we got back, found one sub was wrong. They did replace it but we had to drive back out. Waste of gas. Other sub did not have the dressing on it. The bowl was to have extras and deluxe and was not. It was a regular bowl. Said they would fix all 3 issues but called back and said they will only replace the incorrect sub. So the extra money paid for the extras we were ripped off. Charged for something we did not get. Will not deal with this place again.
Apparently when you don’t want your bread toasted that means you don’t want your meat heated? I say everytime even though I don’t want my bread toasted I still want my meat and cheese heated, yet they don’t do it?I don’t know why it’s so hard to just follow directions. Very annoying. Nothing like a cold meat cheesesteak ???

Phoned order in, arrived to pick up, staff said "Oh, we've been TOO BUSY to make your order, go wait at table!".Waited in vehicle to give more space for eat in customers. Waited another THIRTY minutes, returned inside to be told, "Oh, we're too BUSY to make your order!" HUH? WHAT?Forty five minutes AFTER I had originally placed the TO GO order!!Sprained ankle and couldn't stand THAT long!!Why was our order NOT prepared IMMEDIATELY after I first made it??Do NOT PLACE TOGO ORDERS AT THIS LOCATION, THEY'RE TOO BUSY TO MAKE YOUR SUBS!!PS Domino's PIZZA nearby ?
