Had our order ( pre-order ) for hours and waits to the last min to call and tell us all they had was wheat bread left. Again had the order for hours but waited to almost pick up time to call us about out of stock items. We were actually on the way to pick the order up. Will NOT order from this location again!

The food was fresh, delicious and we'll prepared. The sandwhiches were perfectly made by two nice young ladies who cared about their customers.
Roll was so hard it just crumbled when I bit into it! So disappointed! Never again!

During my trip here, I saw staff touching their face and hair while making food and not changing gloves. I also saw the owner/manager making food without gloves, ringing people out, and then continuing to make food without washing his hands or wearing gloves.
Just visited this location, there is a sign on the front door stating "No Mask No Service. The customer in front of me didn't have a mask and the customer behind also did not have a mask.If you're going to have a sign on your front door stating terms of service.....have the cajoles to enforce your own self stated terms of service. If you're going to talk the talk.....walk the walk. I'm 61 years old, I don't need to get covid 19 because you folks aren't willing to enforce your own rules.I won't be back.
They shorted me on meat and the I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and they charged me for them but never put them in the bag. My bad for not noticing. I will now go to a different location
