Employees were trying their best, no fault of theirs but customers need to be controlled more to put on masks and distance it's kind of insane what maskless scum is allowed in there
my time was wasted twice
The amount of mistakes and missed items on mobile orders with more than an hour of time to prepare is astonishing. How you get mayo on one side of a sub is magical truely. The order is on paper right in front of you how HOW HOW do you mess up not once , not twice but 3 times, shame on me for giving 3 strikes I guess but if it's not completely jacked sandwiches its missed items such as chips and cookies. Do everyone a favor and shut down so a Primo Hoagie can take your local. I recommend reading class for all.
I stopped at the Queen Street location recently and was completely floored that my turkey wrap, add bacon, was over $10.00!!!! I didn't even get the meal. Just the wrap.. There were 4 little slices of turkey, and two strips of bacon the Swiss cheese was dried out and when I asked for fresher slices they said all of the Swiss was that way. The staff was very nice, and honestly if it wasn't for them being so nice, I probably would have just left and went else where. I have pics of the wrap, so overpriced for such a tiny little thing. I will not be going back there. I'll stick with the Red Lion location.
My first time at Subway! This place is a nice place. Staff is always amazing and super sweet. Their place is clean and tidy!
Good food, service is a little slow. Seems like there is a lot of turnaround at this location.
(Night shift) Nice employees that mean well. But seemed extremely overwhelmed and unorganized, put my sandwich in the oven and started prepping another customer. Then looked at me wondering why I was standing there, then he ran to the oven to find a charred sub. As stated very nice staff and they made another, but very unorganized.
We went to one of your subway location in Maryland. This one was at a mall where there is a Dollar General.I went get the order for the test of the family. So I was being a patron at the time. I am diabetic, and needed to used the bathroom urgently.Your two employees refuse to let me use the facilities. I spoke to them in English and in Spanish, because when they said no, I still insisted. They would even look at my face, both where with their face lowered and bot wearing face masks. The young girl was not nice.I know the covid protocol, and bathroom.are not suppose to be close for the public, even if the restaurant is being used only for take out. Very inconsiderate on your part.One less customer to patronize your franchise.

I love this subway love the employees they sure know how to make someone feel special in 5mins of my order. Best place ever to visit
