normally i never have an issue at this location. they have a note up to be patient as they are short staffed and i understand that. however, tonight i went there about 7:10pm. i was 3rd in line. the first was a man with his 2 kids and they were going to sit down but one of the employees told him, oh we close at 8- (50 minutes away), and said they want to start cleaning. so the family left. then the same employee began on the order for the lady in front of me. mind you there were 2 other boys working, neither of which greeted anyone. but they seemed to be making themselves busy doing anything else rather than help customers. the employee that was making food for the lady in front of me, stopped to answer the phone as his co worker stood beside him blatantly trying to listen in on his call, to which i stared in disbelief which is what i believe prompted the one on the phone to instruct the one listening in to finish her order. im still standing there. finally my order was started. i got out of there about 7:30pm. ive worked in restaurants a long time. i wouldve been written up for any of that. the restaurant is open until 8 so the customers can be there to eat because i have noticed the dining room is open again. since when is it ok to tell them to leave? if youre there after 8 pm, well thats a restaurant and no one gets out on time. i truly felt no one was welcome there and everything was a bother to these 3 boys working. they need to put CUSTOMERS first. get the customers taken care of and THEN proceed with your cleaning duties. or learn to clean as you go as to not have much at the end. seriously worst experience there and i frequent this location because it is a mile away from my home. maybe i shouldnt go there when the night crew shows up.

That honey mustard rotisserie is no joke definitely coming back for more.

Over the past few years, i had far too many bad experiences and stopped going to this location. Today i decided to order and give them another chance to see if they improved. And everything was great. Both subs were very good and 100% correct. And both employees were very friendly. Keep up the good work, because as a customer, i appreciate what you do.

The only reason I give 3 stars is for online orders. if you walk in and order they get 5. Under special instructions they don't not follow. Steak cold and cheese not melted. I think I'm done with subway unless I'm going in

Anthony is an extremely upbeat person. His attitude was so positive that it rubbed off on me. I think the man needs a raise or promotion. It's a rarity to see that these days and I was very happy that he took care of me and my complicated order. Kudos Anthony keep up the awesomeness

Worst Subway, by far. People working were incompetent. My BLT had 2 pieces of bacon on a footlong, my other sandwich I wanted toasted,, they were going to toast it with the tuna on the bread. Totally disgusted, will never go there again.

The lady working there didn't seem to know what she was doing which caused a huge line. The guy working had to basically make all the subs and the lady just got the bread and some meats. I'm not sure if she was being trained because she wasn't paying attention to the guy. It took so long to get our subs made. My son wanted the meatball sub and she just left the sub sit there to the side and didn't put the sub in the toaster oven? The guy put it in the toaster oven after they made our last sub and the guy behind us also wanted his sub toasted and his sub also sat on the counter while the meatball sub was finishing up. I've been to Subways a lot and never seen anyone let the subs sit on the counter like that. The food was still very good! We just walked in at the wrong time, I guess? Normally this Subway has great service and they make the subs very fast.

So super disappointed. First time back in over a year and won't go back. No longer have seafood or roast beef subs, not their fault. Ordered American sub and got Turkey sub. Super dry and roll very stale and crumbled as I ate it.

I didn’t actually get a meal here, but this place deserves 5 stars anyway because of their all-star employee Anthony. My friends and I were there this evening, and we noticed a baby duckling was sitting by itself in front of the store. Anthony saw the ducks plight, and he came out to help. Anthony didn’t hesitate- he caught the duck, fed it, and soothed it’s nerves. He cared for it for a half hour while we found a place for the duck, showing it the care that only a loving father could. At the end of his shift, he created a small enclosure for the duck, and agreed to drive for over an hour to deliver the duck to a nearby animal hospital. As I write this, he is on a valiant adventure to deliver the baby duck into the tender hands of its saviors. Anthony is my hero, and deserves to be commended thoroughly for his actions. Men like Anthony are the future of this nation, and I fully intend to name my firstborn son Anthony in his honor. 5/5, would rescue a duck at this Subway again.
