I ordered my sub on my break and when I went to pick it up I was told that it was misplaced or given away to someone. The whole point of ordering ahead was to be able to eat on time. So I have just recently called and was treated really rude. As I wish that the people hiring people like this should have to deal with the same problems but that’s coming from a place that doesn’t have available napkins for there customers. Only if there is no other option come to this dive and eat! The staff is a bunch of kids who are making minimum wage and definitely don’t care about you ?
Horrible. The two girls there that took my order messed up the order and couldn't give me a kid's meal and ended up charging me extra because they didn't know how to do a kid's meal on the kiosk I went to go use the bathroom and turn right around and decided to wait till I got home to use the bathroom because the bathroom was so filthy and disgusting that I was afraid I was going to get a staph infection if I'd even got a Papercut in there they were playing music that had curse words in it in which I was happy that I did not bring my son with me for that experience they looked at me like I was stupid when I ordered my food the cashiers themselves kept cussing and using the n-word
Was the last night. The bread was hard as a rock. They were out of lots of things. And the on employee look as is was bored or could care less
Well the employees were cool but they didn't except my subway coupons.
Tried the new subs out, great subs! Fresh, plenty of items to choose from. Very generous with all parts of the sub. Just off White Street on the left! Best Subway in town! Staff is awesome!
Tried to make an order for 10 sandwich catering (advertised outside the store BTW) - “I don’t know how to do that - my manager isn’t here… you have to do that ahead of time (I was there 4 hours before I wanted them) - no I mean the day ahead”. Lost a customer.
Great employees. Manager is wonderful. Kind and friendly.
