Stopped at this diner for lunch while I was visiting York for work. I had the most AMAZING cup of French Onion Soup!! Yum! ? The burger was great, too! Our server was very friendly and had great service.I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town.
The Ribs, Steak, Crab Cakes, and soup are incredible. Mr. Sastre is an incredible cook and he has always made our meals deliciously delightful. I can honestly say the taste and flavors of our meals has put steak houses to shame. I always prefer to spend my hard earned money at Stonybrook for I've always felt the food was well worth it.
Excellent place! Amanda was a great server. We were very happy with our meal and will definitely be back next time we're in the area.
My son told the server that he would like a Godzilla pancake. I legitimately never thought a Godzilla pancake would show up at our table. Major props to Stony Brook restaurant and it's amazing service!!!
The food arrived quickly, was hot and delicious. Portions were nicely sized for hearty eaters. Great selection for all tastes Restaurant had wonderful atmosphere. Cheyenne, our server, provided excellent customer service, attentive and very friendly
Really good meal at a very fair price. Our waiter was excellent and food was hot and really good. I got the chicken stir fry and couldn't eat it all which is unusual. My partner got the crabcake sandwich and loved it. Place was very clean. Will be back for sure.

This is a typical dinner, and I mean that in a good way. If you like the dinners you find around the north east this is just as good as any I have been to. Fast service, got exactly what I expected, it tasted good, and the price is very reasonable.
Very friendly staff and accommodating. Service was speedy. Had Cream if Crab soup, delicious ?. Fried crab cakes were a little bland, probably bettered broiled. Table also had chicken parm, Salisbury steak and chicken marsala. All portions were very good. Food was delicious. Been 1x for breakfast as well. Loved their muffins
