Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks in history. I noticed the drive-through line was 20 cars deep so I decided to go inside to order a simple iced coffee. There was no one inside yet I waited 12 minutes for my drink after seeing endless mobile orders being cranked out. I understand mobile orders need to be prepared in advance but those who order inside the café should get their coffee fairly quickly. The car I was behind in the drive-through left before I did. Unreal
Great service, however the line pours over into the street and is very dangerous. If that is addressed than this would be rated a five star.
It was a great time and place, employees were cooperative

The staff is super friendly (like most starbucks w2g) but there online mobile app is not up to date with what they actually have and that is super frustrating
Worked a 13 hr shift and stopped for a coffee. Waited a long time must have been at least 15 minutes watching all the staff preparing drinks for remote shoppers. All these cups were sitting on end of counter waiting for pickup. This set up made me very uncomfortable as the receipt was on item and customers could pick up any cup to find theirs. Definitely concerning due to Covid. Barista did call my name before placing my drink on display. Won't be returning.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. They took over 20 minutes to give me my coffee and then my hot coffee was ice cold. The only reason they got 1 star is because I had to give them idiots something to write this review in all honesty they deserve -100 stars. The service is atrocious and when I called to complain my coffee was cold.
Avoid this location.This particular Starbucks has the worst service. The young staff act as though they are doing you a favor by making your drink order.This location survives on location alone, not service or hospitality.If ordering from the mobile app, add 5 to 10 minutes to the estimated time. And if ordering more than one drink do not be fooled into thinking that common sense would prevail and your drinks would be made at the same time. That is just logical. It seems the drinks are made in whatever order they feel like it.Such a shame. Poor attitude and service. Avoid this location.
Friendly staff, good quality, but drive through traffic backs up quickly due to limited space, so consider parking and going inside.
Long drive through line but very quick service. The grilled cheese sandwich was delicious but I was disappointed that they don't have any kind of French Vanilla Coffee at all which is my favorite.
