Ordered Vanilla Lattes with whole milk, have no idea what they made but they certainly weren't what I ordered. They didn't even taste like coffee, there certainly was no vanilla and I have no idea what they used for milk but my guess is it was just water. In all the years I have visited this store, this one experience has completely my opinion, it's not good!
Drive thru line is always extremely long Noone usually goes in maybe they should open up a second line . Other then that the cashier's are always friendly I never have any issues with my order which is always the same a!!! cheese Danish heated up!!! The absolute best worth every dollar and penny
1st experience w my Hubby very nice and helpful employees yummy Frappuccino chocolate ? chunk ,n mochachino,forgive my spelling I have a learning disability I tried lol,definitely wanting to try out other drinks didn't get any food but it looks yummy ?
Just waited about 25 minutes for them to serve at least 6 people that walked in behind us until they decided to start our drinks. This place is ungodly slow and unorganized.
The staff works very efficiently, and I greatly appreciate their effort to know/recognize their customers on a first name basis. I love stopping in on the way to work to pick up my coffee.
How hard is it to greet customers, ask what they're waiting for. They all look at you and then turn away or completely ignore. Be friendly, it's not hard. I also watched orders just sit behind the counter and not be bag properly for mobile. Very inefficient
I ordered on the app and was able to pick up in store as the drive thru line was pretty long. Friendly staff and quick service.
Best Starbucks in York!!! I’ve come here probably 10 times to get an iced oat sugar brown milk espresso milk shaken and it’s always one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. They’re also always very nice and I feel so bad because they’re always packed and I am definitely contributing to it :(. But I try to be a good customer so it doesn’t give them stress. Also the last time I went and I was waiting for my drink a lady was basically standing on me (pictured) and someone was having a feast (also pictured). I love it.
2 days in a row I order no whip and both times I get whip. If I’m paying $6 a coffee I want it made right. I waited 15 min this morning for my Order and was late for work. I even ordered mobile 15 min prior to being there. Won’t go again.
Mason is my favorite employee. He is always giving stickers to my children and literally makes my experience going to Starbucks a lovely and pleasant one every day. There was one person who tried charging me $2.60 for a SMALL side cup of oatmilk but other than that EVERYONE at this Starbucks is friendly and always a pleasure to see in the morning!
