I always get coffee from here through Uber eats & Starbucks always mess up my order I will order whipped cream on my drink, it will say on the cup label whipped cream it but barista will forget to add it, I will add caramel drizzle it will say caramel drizzle on cup label but the drink will have no caramel drizzle I will order caramel syrup it will say caramel syrup on the cup label but will not have in the drink it’s disappointing because Uber eats charges extra for this stuff and not cheap so they really need to pay attention to the details of the drink order because missing items I pay for & you get paid for but don’t receive very often I got tired of calling & complaining it was 4x a week I’d order & literally 3x my orders would have missing add on’s which completely ruins the drink for me if I had a vehicle I would go order myself because a $6 drinks ends up costing me $13 and to pay $13 for a drink half the money is for add ons like I said Uber eats is expensive it would be nice to have that I understand making a mistake here there you could be busy but I order four times a week and three of those times my orders are always messed up I suggest that when it comes to Uber eats that you really pay attention to the detail because people are paying a lot of extra money for those add-ons that may seem simple to you
Had to change my review because recently I order 3x a week on uber eats and my orders are always missing add on’s that I pay a significant amount of extra $$ for not only that 3x in one week I ordered a vente hot coffee & half the cup was full when it’s a $1.95 add on for that size up so I paid for a vente and got half of that & Uber eats prices are significantly more then in store but unfortunately I don’t have a vehicle at the moment it’s upsetting this used to be my favorite Starbucks out of the other 3 now it’s my least it’s almost like taking advantage of the person because they can’t come back & get a new order because obviously their using Uber eats because they don’t have a vehicle or other circumstances I called they say u can come in we’ll make u a new one well I don’t have a car so then they can’t help you there goes a $13 coffee down the drain seriously I $6 coffee will cost u double on Uber
Me and my family ordered 3 pink drinks with extra strawberries and a chicken and bacon sandwich, ok first we had to keep repeating our order to lady in speaker then we get to the window and we are missing one pink drink and they tell us we only ordered 2....didn't care to fix my order either I drink mines....does this look like extra strawberries
It was bad. I Asked for a Frappuccino with caramel and they gave it to me without it. We told her about it she just gave me a cup with alot of caramel and drop it on my car. When she was the one who had to do it.
Always pleasant...even when customers are difficult. Oh and they have great coffee.
WHAT A DIRTY DISGUSTING PLACE!!!The counters where the drinks was being made were covered in everything that had spilled from the drinks beforeIngredients were falling in the ice bins and blenders containers weren't being rinsed in between ordersThis was the dirtiest Starbucks I have seenI'm a retired Food Sanitarian and if I was doing an inspection I would have failed this place todayNo one seemed to be in charge and it was a messYou can offer customer service you can offer a speedy delivery of goods and you can clean as you go but there was no effort on anyone part hereThen to top it off there was product in a blender container being stored on the floor and they used it in someone's drinkHow can you do that?Starbucks you better be reading this and correct this ASAP!!!BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SICK!!!
I stopped coming to this one after I got the incorrect drink made too many times . Fast forward to today, 2 people inside and 4 cars ahead of me which by the way 3 already put their orders in.
The Hunt for Thanksgiving BlendI was searching for the elusive blend and this store was sold out. But as my heart sank, one of the baristas reached out to another local store to inquire if they had any, and they did! These folks go above and beyond for their customers. I’m thankful.I’ve always had good customer experience here, and this is a cherry on top!
I go there a lot, it depends on the day the service you get. The coffee is good, but, it is Starbucks so that isn't to hard. They do sometimes end up being a little slow however it is worth the wait.
The slowest Starbucks ever - only go here if you have nothing going on. Travel for my job so have visited prob several hundred over the years. By far a stand out for slow service is this location. Tried 5x before I realized 15mins for a coffee was the norm and not an exception. You have been warned! Edit: just read the other reviews after posting mine - clearly not the only person who noticed the terribly slow service! Least I won’t take it personally! ?
