When I first used come here I recieved service but its getting worse and worse attitude from employees, no help from management no greeting, melted products, molded products, flies and hair in the fruit very bad establishment just go to tropical
Love Smoothie King on the west side! My son and I go here 3 or 4 times a week and take advantage of our Smoothie King App frequent buyer points. I just hope that they can be consistent in making our smoothies thicker and not run down at times please!Other than that no other complaints. The young guy cashier is very friendly and always offers a pup cup to my shihtzu who loves it. Thank you for being dog friendly.

I used to love coming to smoothie king when the old workers were there , last week I stopped by to get and acai berry smoothie and was told by the young guy that they don’t make them anymore , Not sure if that’s true but I sensed that he didn’t want to work as well as the young girl who was seated in the boost . I hope the owner takes action because it was a great place to go.
I ordered a vegan green smoothie and got SICK TO MY STOMACH. I'm not sure what exactly could have been bad in it but it was indeed good poisoning! I had to lay all night with a heating pad and take medicine l. Stick to tropical smoothie.
Girl manager has the absolute worst attitude I've ever seen. Don't understand how she still has a job at smoothie king from all the things I've heard about her.
This smoothie king has the worse manager I have ever came in contact with. The same young smart mouth disrespectful girl works at east York as well and is the reason I stopped going to that one and now she has brought the same bad attitude to her new location. What a disappointment. The smoothie was runny and I watched the girl making it add water twice making it water down and then when I said something about it all I got was a smart disrespectful mouth. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
The staff was patient while we looked over the menu and made our decisions. The service was very friendly and very prompt! Smoothies were delicious and very reasonably priced. They offer great deals - i downloaded the app to get points for current and future purchases!
I'm so happy to have a smoothie king on the west side of town. Some of the employees are still learning and may take a little longer then others but the costumer service is excellent. The manager is very helpful ,kind and works well with the younger staff. They have definitely improved since opening. Best smoothies ever.
