I was surprised when I ordered the Salmon New Orleans that they actually had salmon for once but boy were my hopes crushed when I received my plate ???♀️ Paid like $24 for the full size salmon to get a piece smaller than my palm. It did, however, still taste great. And our waitress, Kayla, was wonderful as well! Unfortunately, just one of those restaurants that seem to be falling behind. Basically the same exact restaurant and menu since I was a kid over 10 years ago. Better get it together before they get left even further behind…
Waitress did not check back with us. She brought us a sweet tea refill when we originally had an unsweetened tea. We asked for separate checks….that didn’t happen! Portions were small compared to other Red Lobsters! Salmon looked and tasted like it was leftover from yesterday…very dry and overcooked! Manager has no clue how to manage a restaurant! She had an attitude!
We were seated quickly. Social distancing wasn't happening, but I guess that isn't a problem . The food was good and warm and served in a reasonable time. The server helped me with the Red Lobster reward. Still a good place to eat.
We came on a Thursday evening in a group of four and had a dinner at this place. The restaurant was not crowded, but due to the lack of personnel we had to wait for the table. We ordered several drinks, several salads and plates of crabs, shrimps, and lobsters. The food was very good, it came in decent portions with bread which was still warm - very tasty. We paid around 130 usd. The service was nice and polite. I can definitely recommend this place.
Good food. Good prices. We took our son here for his 16th bday. He got the lobster lovers feastSo much food he had to take half home. We got the date night platter. Steak was great. Lobster tails are getting smaller.our waitress LILLY was great, very friendly and attentive.

The food and service was good not great. I was disappointed in the variety of seafood that was available. Who doesn't serve crab in a seafood restaurant. I would recommend looking at the online menu before visiting. Granted the rolls are to die for so if your in the mood for just that then I highly recommend you go.
We had a delicious lunch today, but the VIBE of the restaurant seemed off.
The people working there and MANAGEMENT have no clue what Open Table is OR how to use it! We basically had to tell them what it was and how to work it! This was not the first time this has happened! They have no clue!!!! Waitress also had an attitude!!!!
