I'm going to need the store manager to be there to make my burritos because he made them perfectly. I've been twice once the store manager with dreads made it and my burritos are being rolled like jelly rolls. Didn't come back for awhile and obviously that manager trained others to roll the burrito like jelly roll too. It makes it super messy to eat and so much tortilla in each bite. The cholula chicken is a lot more spicy than before almost hard to eat it. I gave a 3 only because he was so awesome but seriously what day are you working and I'm there.
We are regular customers at this location. They always take good care of us and they have amazing staff!! They went above and beyond to fix an issue we had recently with an order. They took care of it and were so kind with offering an amenable solution, far and above what was expected. Thanks to the management staff and everyone at this location - we appreciate you!
No taste of food what so ever. First time here. Chewing on cardboard would have tasted better than protein chicken bowl.
Typical qdoba. Stopped in for a quick grab and go meal while traveling. They served us quickly and had decent customer service. I think several of them were new at the time. A little worried about the freshly mopped wet floor with no wet floor sign. Not my favorite place to eat but above most fast food places for traveling dinner.
The food is *chef's kiss*.. The employees are nice, even when short staffed and busy... The manager, Bobby, is awesome! Love this place!
Lousy experience at this location last night. Really disappointing as I have been coming here consistently for years. I was denied service. Neither of the two individuals working were cross-trained on the cash register and were only accepting "online orders" because "there are only two of us here and we don't have a cashier."Even though I was there and willing to pay they were either incapable or unwilling to accept my business. I'm not sure how any establishment can run if on-duty employees are not trained in basic functions.
My first time time coming here…It took about five minutes for me to be acknowledged after walking in with no other patrons around (which should have been a sign). I had to actually ask an employee if that was where I was supposed to stand to be waited on. This was on a Sunday at about 3:27; I totally understand maybe they were not the happiest given the time and day. But, at least acknowledge the customer with “we will be right with you”.The pork was fatty, the guacamole seemed like there was water in it, and the queso had skin on the top. There was no lettuce & it was honestly overall rather nasty. I ended up throwing half of it away. First and a last time going to Qdoba.

Qdoba is the best of the burrito places they have the freshest most tasty stuff of all of them if you tried Chipotle and you tried Moe's you need to go to Qdoba you won't be disappointed their food is outstanding I highly recommend you get the burrito bowl with the shell. And the queso is included at no extra charge...
Have fun waiting an hour for your food, this place blows.
