Today’s experience at this location was one of the best experiences that we have had in a very long time at a Primanti Bros. Our waitress, Kate, was amazing and just so bubbly and inviting it made the whole experience great… unlike the experience that we had at the Lancaste, Pennsylvania location the day before. The food and the experience was great and we look forward to visiting again the next time we are in the area! If you visit as to say hello to Kate!
My husband and I went on a Tuesday night, first time ever and it was Awful! Crowded... Apparently, Happy Hour and the Bar was packed. The music was Extremely Loud... so loud we couldn't even hear our server talking to us. The Hostess, upon meeting us was Rude and threw our menus on the table and walked away!I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, to which our server Informed us that they had No Chicken... Sorry! WTH... tell me that when we sit down, we would have gotten up and left right then. I ended up with appetizers and a side of coleslaw, which was terrible!Never Again!!!
Very nice place to go. I liked it and the food so good. I really enjoy with my family.
The service was fast and accurate on a busy night. Lots of beers on tap although they didn't have any porters or stouts, which I was hoping for after skiing at round top.The appetizers were excellent. Mac and cheese balls, Bavarian pretzel, and fried pickles were on point.The main course was okay. My burger was dry, but the flavors were alright. My wife's "almost famous" sandwich was also okay on the flavors but the bread wasn't toasted and lacked texture.Overall it was alright. Not a bad place to eat but there is definitely room for improvement in the kitchen.

Shannon was our waitress today…. AMAZING!! She was friendly, fast, efficient and on top of it! She was probably one of the best waitresses we’ve had in a long time. Boneless wings were good- the ranch was fabulous. Pizza was fresh and perfect! Atmosphere was clean and relaxed. 10/10.

We enjoyed very filling sandwiches and salad. Primanti's has a unique selection of dishes plus the traditional pizza and appetizers.
We came on a busy Thursday night over a holiday weekend and were seated quickly (2-3 minutes). Waiter (Ben) was great, and very courteous! First time at the location and he helped us with the menu.Appetizer arrived quickly, entre followed in relative time. Food was cooked well, and tasted great. My date and I were both really happy with the experience overall. The only thing we identified was that at the time, the hard slushy machine was down, and if that had been a reason we wanted to come it would have been a bummer, but it was an afterthought.Busy, loud, and tons of people enjoying good food and a clean atmosphere. Overall was a great experience!
5 stars for staff, 1 star for speed of service & attention to detail. Probably could have been avoided but my to go order was incorrect, then took almost 30 minutes to correct. In all I spent almost 50 minutes to get a pretty basic order out the door. Again, I think it was a fluke coupled with new/young staff. Food was good but cold by the time I got it home.
