I forgot to leave a review. This place is a NO. Went here for first meal out during the beginning of covid to try the famed chicken sandwich with my new boyfriend. It did taste good I'll admit but as soon as we got home we both ran to the bathrooms ? I almost didn't make it. We were so sick. I'll never eat Popeyes again tbh unless I'm facing extreme constipation.
I have had food delivered from this location as well as pick-up.My orders have always been correct and delicious.Tonight the young man at the drive thru was really nice and patient as we awkwardly ordered, like it was our first time. We were really tired and it showed.Anyway, he was patient and I appreciate that!The food was so much better here then at the ones I have trued back home in NYC.
This is by far the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Never met people so rude. Can't get alittle gravy on the side unless it's $2.00. They want 25 cents for extra mayo on their sandwich. They are the ones that didn't put enough on. No napkins. I've never seen a fast food place run so greedy and cheap. Literally every since napkin to them is money. Then while as of right now every single fast food place is back open for inside dining. While 2 employees are sitting at a table eating on break. One of their employees yells at me that I can't eat in there. I honestly wasn't. I was putting the mayo on my sandwich before I left. I explained that. Response well you can do that in your car. Chic fil a is so much better. If I ever go to a Popeyes again it won't be this one for sure.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stood 45 mins in line, ordered the family meal with tenders (no bone in). The lady even asked me what sauces I wanted for tenders. After finally getting my food and arriving home, I see the chicken is indeed NOT tenders but bone in chicken. Not only that, but the chicken was so undercooked and oily the food fell out of the paper container. Obviously upset that after spending 45 mins in line and spending the money $30 on fast food that was for one not what we ordered and for two undercooked, I call in to report the issue in hopes that i could either come in and exchange the chicken or get my money back. Unfortunately, that was not the case. A young lady answered the phone and said that she would be right back with someone to help with the issue. After sitting there on the phone for 15 mins, I hung up and tried to call back. It gave a busy tone. So at that point she left the phone sitting as she carried on with her job and not getting management to handle my issue. So I again, call back today (next day) & the manager knew exactly the issue and expressed zero interest in helping me or trying to give at least a empathic approach. The manager was rude, would not allow me to talk to express the issue, & just continued to say "put a review on google." obviously extremely frustrated at this point I'm trying to get the man to understand What I'm trying to say and he states "you want me to practice good customer service to you?" again extremely rude when im trying to explain the issue. Nothing was resolved, my family had fries and mash potatoes for dinner & my hard earned money went to an establishment that can't give the least of good human traits, respect. If I could give a 0/5, I would.
Requested 4 piece white meat. Got home and had 2 pieces white meat and 2 pieces dark meat. The order was not difficult. When I called the store, individual nonchalantly said it was the responsibility of the drive thru person to tell me they were out of white meat. I don't need Popeye's- Mt. Rose to make the determination of what they will serve me. I should get what I pay for...not a substitution of their liking. As much as I like Popeye's Chicken, this location has lost my business and I will tell family and friends not to frequent this location!
This is the only popeyes that I've found that gives you 2 legs and a thigh when you order a 3 piece. All of the others give you 2 thighs and a leg. Even though I know this and specify 2 thighs and a leg, they still put 2 legs and a thigh in the box.
The chicken is good, but their customer service is absolute Garbage, I tried to get ahold of a manager because my wife ate a piece of plastic that was in her Mac and cheese and they put me on hold and never picked up the phone again. Two can play this game, you guys need to hire more competent workers and not have people who think their job is a joke working there. I will be contacting my lawyer.
Fried chicken. What's not to like? Not my usual diet but it's fun to do your cheat day here. Keeps me happy. Those Cajun fries are something good
Ordered through doordash. The restaurant lied and said that another dasher picked up my order.My assigned dasher called me within 4 minutes of my order to tell me this. There is in no way possible that Popeyes had my order ready.Never received my food! So if they really had given my food to another dasher as they claim. I would have received it.This place has gone down hill and needs new management!!!TELL THE TRUTH!!!
Absolutely horrible!! If I could give zero stars I would. 3 chicken sandwich meals, one order plain the other 2 straight up with mash potatoes and ice teas ordered. All sandwiches were the same nothing plain. Received 3 fries instead of mash potatoes and actually Received nuggets instead of a chicken sandwich. We live 35 minutes from the restaurant and didn't realize the order was that messed up until I got home. The entire experience was horrible and it was actually my first time eating at a Popeyes restaurant and I never will again. ?????
