Came here yesterday for the first time. I had the Stromboli, which was AMAZING!♥️ And oh my, the sauce is so authentic, literally reminds me of my grandparents sauce. Memories of those Italian Sunday dinners ♥️♥️ The service was very friendly and welcoming. I definitely will be back here...to try more things on the menu! Oh my mother would love this place?
Food was okay, it was a hot day and the air conditioning wasn't cutting it. Thought it would be cooler than outside but wasn't.
They always have quick service. Food hasn't changed in the 50 years I've gotten subs. Just wish there was handicapped accessibility.
Just moved into the area. My bf is from Upstate NY and we have tried every pizza place around here. This is the closest pizza to home! It’s so hard to find a good pizza place in York. I’m so mad it took us a year to try this place! I wish they had more photos on their reviews or on Facebook. We definitely put this place off because we didn’t see many photos of the food.
My tuna boat which they were saying was all they had at the end of the day. Tasted bad . I had family members taste it, they said it was not right. So I'm angry that they talk me into that. DON't TRUST THEIR WORD
We have gone to albertos for years and never had an issue and staff was always friendly. Tonight was the first. We ordered 2 cheeseburger subs and was told it would be 25-30 minutes. We only live 3 minutes away. When I got home both cheeseburgers were barely even warm. I called albertos to tell them and was treated very poorly. I was told there was no way they were Luke warm. When I said well they were she just argued with me
Chicken Stromboli has always been one of my favorites at Alberto's. Great sauce on the side for dipping. You won't be disappointed.
Horrible experience tonight. First time I been there in ages. Place used to be awesome back in the day. Great friendly personal service along with great food especially the pizza. I started going to albertos back in the 90s and it was really a great place. Today…. Pizza was worse then anything I’ve ever paid for. Definitely not same pizza and service was pathetic. Not what is once was. I promise I’ll never go back
Good food for the price. Service could have been a little better but hey I understand. I was very impressed there was only two people in that restaurant and they were taking care of everyone
I had the crab fettuccine alfredo. It was delicious, but a little watery at the bottom. Everyone else's good was pretty good. The reasons I gave it 4 stars is that 3 or 4 groups that ordered well after us received their food well before we received ours. Also, the waitress was not overly attentive and forgot a few items requested. I will still come back because I love Alberto's.
