We ordered a "Meat Lover's" pizza and two cheesecakes online, I received the pizza, but they sent us a note that they had no cheesecake, and they sent us two horrible desserts, poorly presented and old. We have to throw it out.I consider that if someone asks for something and the restaurant does not have it at the moment, they should not send anything without asking just to earn money for something that they did not send. We feel cheated.My final comment:. Do not order for anything online that in the end they will send you what they want to collect the money.
I've been ordering here for 3 years and I have to say the prices have increased but the quality and presentation have decreased. Today the roll I asked to be toasted was a soggy mess, the meat was rubbery and the fries were old and hard to chew. And since when do they dump a ton of seasoning on the top? It stunk of oregano. Times have changed and it looks like my favorite go to spot for subs is gonna have to change as well.
Ordered twice and the food was good. I was a little disappointed in the cheesesteak portion. Even after paying for extra meat it seemed kinda of small but I was satisfied.
UPDATE: service was better than last time. I went many times before I decided to update my review. I guess I went on a off day. Worth going and enjoy their stuff slices. After paying they guided me to have a table and the location of the sofa fountain. As mention my last update seemed to be an off day.I went twice to this location. The service is ok. Second time I went it took a while to someone to attend me, even if there was 2 employee close to me. I'll strongly think they had a lot of orders. Didn't knew they serve the meal to the table till I noticed after I did my first order. They could help out the client letting them know they can sit after ordering. If they improve on that detail I will change my rating.
Ordered a small cheese calzone tonight and they send me a family sized meat lovers calzone, called them and they wouldn’t even replace it(ordered through the website). We were also missing a soda. This is the second time in a row this has happened and not the only times they’ve left out multiple drinks. Also last time they didn’t text or knock when the food arrived so it sat outside and was cold by the time we got to it. 2 stars because they were once a really good restaurant and love their food (when it’s correct). Lack 3 stars due to website issues, feelings of dissatisfaction when my order would not be corrected, and constant ineptitude of service.
Always a big welcome for my family, especially my son. Food is excellent.
Ordered $50 worth delivery around 11:30am. requested they leave on front porch bench. Sat by front door window, waited until approx. 1pm. Called Parma & was told that the driver JUST left with order!! Waited 'til approx. 2pm. Called Parma. They claimed to have left it. Told them that there was no food & No one had entered our porch. They said that they would prepare new order but it would have to be picked up. Went to pick up & was told SORRY nothing we can do about it...... Out $50 & NO FOOD....
Good good, great staff. Once in a while they'll forget an item, but everyone makes mistakes.
Absolute best pizza in York! Very friendly and helpful as well.
It's alright. I had the Monday special eat all you want wings and cheese pizza. Couldn't eat more than 5 slices of pizza though
