This olive garden is actually quite nice inside considering how long it's been at this location. It's quite clean and the service is good (but sometimes slow). I appreciate their allergen menu and gluten free pasta. They also assured me the grill would be scraped for my steak. However, I realized we didn't get any mints at the end of our visit. Great location.
Awesome place to eat! Wonderful Italian food and such a peaceful atmosphere. The food is always cooked perfectly and the servers are so polite. They check in frequently to make sure your drinks are full and your food is good. This is just an amazing place to come on a date or with your family. 10/10 highly recommend.
My service and waitress was amazing. My waitress was Mariah and gave the best service ever. Definitely recommend this location over all the others. My bread sticks where cooked just perfectly and my noodles where amazing I love pasta and the Olive Garden in York.
Every visit at this particular Olive Garden has been fantastic! I feel like the managers must have extreme pride in their positions and in this establishment because it reflects in the manner in which the servers interact with their customers.Tonight we had the pleasure of having Selena as our waitress. What a delightful young lady. She was very pleasant, on her toes and so very polite!
The BEST trip I’ve ever had to Olive Garden. These guys have really stepped up their game in the last few years. We were seated, ordered, and served all within 15 minutes and our waitress Jali was absolutely WONDERFUL!
Seemingly improved on old problems not mentioned in this review as to not overshadow their efforts.Food seems on par. Mixed drinks are sometimes weak.Seated customers shouldn't feel secondary to catering. I recommend going when it's not so busy
I absolutely LOVE the food here! I actually enjoy going here alone just to relax and have a great meal. Good for the soul and belly.
My family and I just had an early dinner at Olive Garden in York, PA. Our waiter, Imani did a phenomenal job taking care of us. We ordered a soup salad combo, my son had a kids pizza and I ordered a chicken parm dinner, sub fettucine alfredo. When the meal arrived there was the regular spagetti on the plate. It took about 15 minutes to get the correction made. Upon Imani's return, who was running around extremely busy he said my meal would be taken care of and he wanted me to enjoy best I could unless i wanted him to wrap it up. I stayed and ate half the meal. My husband asked why it took so long for just a change in the pasta. Right or wrong Imani did tell me that there has been high turn over in the kitchen staff due to covid. Due to turnover there has been more mistakes and slower pace. I was thankful for his honesty. Good communication is good sales. No blame just a fact. After recieving my meal, i stated to Imani, "as to not run you, may I have a refill of water, and a to go box." His response was, dont worry about running me, Im here to serve you. Of course I will be right back with that" The words, "Im here to serve you" was refreshing to here from a waiter. His words are true but there are countless waiters I can tell you that do not carry this same motto. Despite the wait on my food, the food itself was quit delicious and consistent as it always has been. Im proud of Imani and his excellent customer service.
Was a nice experience and the waitress was really nice. We had endless soup salad and breadsticks.
By far the WORST Olive Garden I have ever visited. Just moved to the area with my wife and decided we would get some pasta to go. When we arrived, there were cars parked all over the driving lanes because they didn’t have enough parking designated for pick up. There must have been 20 or more cars waiting for pick up. Our pickup time was set for 5:00. We asked the person checking us in how long our wait would be, and she told us that she would go in a check on it for us. She promptly turned around, walked to the door, and stood outside. She didn’t say another word to us the entire time we waiting. More than 30 minutes later we received lukewarm food. I’ll go elsewhere next time.
