Today, I would give it less than one star if I could.On April 9 (my most recent and final visit to this location) we ordered Udon Noodles with Tofu (which was an extra charge) and extra sauce (also an extra charge). This dish was for takeout.We received half a bowl of noodles (with no sauce on them). One small cube of Tofu (incidentally, I could have purchased a 1lb cube of tofu at the grocery for $1 less than we paid for our tiny cube). The sauce (regular and extra ?) came in a not remotely close to full 1oz container for a significant up charge.On 4/9, I called and spoke with Alexis, the manager. (She was the manager I spoke with a month prior when we didn’t receive over half our order and we were charged full price and were told ‘someone must have grabbed your order by mistake, we’re sorry.’ Since nothing was done then, when we didn’t receive our order of almost $100, I didn’t expect much).Alexis promised us a refund plus four coupons four noodle bowls to remedy our issue. As of 5/9 we had still not received them. Called again. Spoke with Alexis. She assure me that is was an anomaly and that coupons would be in the mail.It is now 6/27, we still do not have coupons. Additionally, I paid for meals we never received. Furthermore, our most recent order has never been remedied.For information purposes, I have followed up with Alexis on three occasions, only to receive more promises that have gone unfulfilled.As a loyal customer of Noodles and Company, I’m delighted to say I have not had this experience elsewhere. That said, sadly, my experience has been horrible enough at this location that, with the many options out there, I don’t know that I will attempt an order at a Noodles and Company location again.This Noodles and Company has lost my business. And the corporation may have lost my business as well.
waited an hour for take out. watched grub hub picking up many orders. only 3 tables were seated. when I asked About my food, the young lady said thwart put it in another to go order by mistake. I requested a refund, the manager appeAred and processed my order. Then the sweet girl said my food was ready. no offer to comp. my meal. I had just spent the day at the hospital. Tired and Hungry. Went to hotel and ate cold ?.
Well website says open until 10pm but when I walked in at 9:20pm manager said they are closed eventhough doors still open and lights on and Togo orders ,which I planned to do , still on the counter , not right
We went for dining in after a long time. Order was ready in under 10 minutes when I ordered for a family of four. I'm a vegetarian and it was possible to customize the order to be prepared without meat or egg. Overall, good quality food for reasonable prices.
I used to love coming here about a year ago. Today, there was more workers than I’ve ever seen and it took at least twice as long to receive my food. Both of the things I ordered were cold, must have been sitting on the counter, and each were topped with cold shredded cheese. Really disappointed that this location is not what it used to be.
I enjoy their food and the service was great, but why are my pan fried potstickers not pan fried?

If I could give it a zero I would. Past few times everything has been dry. Had to call over 6 times to even get an order placed. Forgot to make half of the order and here I sit an hour later still do not have all of my food. Corporate will be notified. Last time ever eat at this location.
The store is currently not serving dine in. We ordered online 3 meals and an appetizer. The kids working in there were soooooo busy I felt bad for them. Picked up the food and went home. When we got home we were missing my daughter's food so we called and mgr handled it with no problems. We were offered a refund but declined just wanted the food. Accidents happen.Their food is delicious. Their employees are friendly and courteous. I completely understand that mistakes happen and though they messed up our order I appreciate how it was handled.We eat there about 2x month. Love it!
Ordered online with pick up time at 6:30pm. At 7 pm I was still waiting. Got order a few.mi utes after 7pm. Opened in car and the grilled chicken was dry and tough and broccoli was cold. So order must have been sitting on counter way to long before being packed and given to me. There was a lot of staff there but no one seemed to care. Very disappointed as this was my granddaughters favorite restaurant. This is the third time this happened to us within 4 weeks. I normally don't complain, but things are really going down hill and I want the owners to know
