5/2/22, 7 :25 pm , I decided to stop by the store after a long day at work, a young lady with 2 afro pony tales assisted me, how ever from the beginning she was annoyed to serve me, with a nasty attitude, very rude, vicious and rollingher eyes on me, what I did? I have no Idea, I felt so uncomfortable, wanted to asked her what was her problem but decided not to!! I just will never be back at thos store and make sure I will tell my experience with my coworkers that going to this store often!! Costumer service is the key and when you hire a disrespectful young lady and don't hold her accountable for her actions it can ruined your business!!
Ordered food through the online app had a twenty minute wait from the time of order. Arrived at the location and my order was not ready 21 minutes after the pick up time. One of the two was sitting for the twenty minutes and the other they never made. Might as well have waited in line as 20 people pretty much grabbed their order before mine was ready. This review has nothing to do with the food quality or the politeness of the employees.
First and last time at this location. No food ready, do kid prep area dirty, messy. Staff had no clue w he at all was so going on. Everything was just not worthy of a return trip ever.
Moe’s always beats chipotle. This particular location was recently trained by corporate and the service is much better than it was before. The store is more clean and the employees are more friendly. Before it was a dump.
Good not great burrito. Salsa bar not restocked. Staffed by kids with not much motivation. Messy cluttered restaurant. Pandemic times are so hard but I continue to support.
The menu is pretty limited. The server was so so I felt he didn't want to be there. The food was okay. I'm not sure but it didn't seem fresh. It's shipped in heated up and thrown on a plate.
Food was mediocre. Chips had way too much salt. The restaurant was one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants I've ever been to. There was crumbs and trash on the floor and counters. A quarter of the restaurant's seating was taken up by supplies. The fabric on the booths was torn. Everything needed cleaning. At the same time, most employees were standing around doing nothing. The employee at the register was very unfriendly and wasn't trained properly on how to communicate with customers. The ironic thing, is that they were actively training new employees in the seating area. Another employee almost ran into me. Instead of saying sorry, he made a hand waving motion for me to go around him. In their terrible parking lot we watched someone hit a parked car. I made the mistake of going here one time. I will never make this mistake a second time.
I had a delightful experience at Moe's this time; had plenty of fresh food, good service and all for under $10.00 per person.I bought the homewrecker bowl with 2 extra tortillas. Moe's was generous with the ingredients, the food was fresh and tasty and I had lots of leftovers!I had given this restaurant a break for awhile since last time I was here they were very lax about their food quality. This time however, was a completely different experience.If you are hungry, might I suggest the Homewrecker bowl? Get some extra tortillas warmed up and you have a very filling and affordable meal.
Food was a little cold and got rushed through even though there was no one behind me. Usually pretty good food but not so much this time. Staff are always friendly.
It’s unfortunate that I even have to give a star to leave a review. Absolutely nasty. Rather eat school lunch burritos instead of what I got to go today. The food literally taste like it’s from a week old. Not fresh at all. Only reason I ordered from here today is because chipotle was closed near me. Never again trying it. Never had a great experience before but this was just awful
