My husband and I truly enjoyed our sandwich from Mi Adobo! The food was delicious and the food truck owners are super friendly! We will definitely be telling our friends and family about the Mi Adobo food truck!

My word...this was some of the best food I've had in a long time. I had the chicken sandwich and also Spanish rice that came with pork and plantains. Polished off the rice and pork as leftovers and still amazing. I can guarantee anytime I see this truck I will be there.
