This place is only good if you order ahead or drive through. I ordered inside and everyone just stood their not helping at all. Took 1/2 hr to finally order and their was only two people in line. They don't want to work anymore!!! Sad
My friend went here for a interview recently and told me about her bad experience there. When she went in, the cashier she talked to in order to meet the supervisor had a rude and arrogant attitude. When she met the supervisor/manager, she also had a demeaning attitude about her. Both were very unprofessional and not worthy of a job in customer service. I would not recommend anyone get a job with these low class people...
When they say some McDonald's are better than others, I finally understand it. This location of McDonald's has surpassed any other in my mind. Going through the drive thru was super quick, my order was taken super quickly and the employees were very upbeat and friendly. All of our food was hot and fresh, probably the best Big Mac and French Fries I've ever gotten at McDonald's. So so so so good
The reviews are speaking for themselves. Slow drive through and terribly rude employees! Will not be going back... I live in red lion and even though the drive through can be slow at that location the staff is always friendly and accommodating, so it makes up for it. Please get new staff at memory lane
Been there twice in the last month. Last time a fight broke out amongst the entire staff while I had my family in the dining room. This time an employee tried to go outside to fight with a drive thru customer. Maybe they could ask applicants if they know any word besides “fuck” in the interview process, that’s all they seem to know how to say. Too many other McDonald’s in the area to waste another penny at this one.
Probably my worst McDonald's experience ever. Waited in the Drive-Thru line for 25 minutes and they gave me a medium drink instead of a large. When I asked for very light on the ice it was almost all eyes when they gave it back to me. After I got home I found that the there was no sauce for my nuggets and somebody's hair was in my fries. Picture provided. Never going back to this one. I cringe at the thought that the level of incompetence there is being rewarded with a paycheck.
Drive thru was a bit slow even though the lobby was nearly empty, the employees seemed to be focused too much on talking and horsing around rather than filling orders and my order was missing an item and i was told it'd be brought out but after 5 minutes i decided to get it myself, the staff was nice though.
Ordered a Double Quarter meal before I went to work (3rd shift),take it home and take one bite and find raw hamburger. NOW I HAVE NOTHING TO EAT BEFORE WORK THAT COST 12.00 .AND THE FRIES WERE COLD
The manager here is beyond rude to customers!I had an issue with my mobile app charging me twice for the same meal. Kept saying on the app it couldn’t process my order to either go inside or drive thru.So I did and the manager wouldn’t help me. She was super rude. Never will come back here.
They continue to be the slowest McDonald's in the world. 20 minutes in the drive thru from order till I got my food. It would be faster to drive to Hellam, which is what I will do from now on. And don't bother submitting a complaint, they never resound.
