This is literally the worst McDonalds. You wait forever for cold a$$ food and service with an attitude. This is why Chick-fil-A gets my money.
Called about a mess up (things happen) yesterday morning and Angie was quick and great about getting me a replacement this morning. Very quick, kind, professional service from everyone. They all knew my name and were expecting me but I didn’t feel like a burden. First window was great with Angie and the woman with the super cute green top nails. Darker complected young lady at the next window was sweet and professional as well as the tall gentleman who made my drink (on point by the way). I work in a devoted career of customer service and training, and this site has some rock stars on their hands! Thanks, Queen St Mcy D’s! :-)
Finally all made right...extra onion on cheeseburgers, no salt fries, no ice diet coke.Hadn't been back in one year. There was a sickening amount of salt on my fries. teach your drive thru proper English. and to speak up. they surely don't deserve more than minimum wage with the way they do their job
Stopped for dinner after work. Really wanted a McDonald's fountain coke but they were totally out of fountain drinks and the fries were old/barely warm. This is very unusual for this store. The employee was very nice and professional though.
Waited a good bit. But who cares? It's cheap. It's McDonald's. Server was polite, sand mobile app stream worked well
Food was fresh and they gave me lots of sauce for my nuggets. Only complaint is I asked for diet soda and idk what I got but it was not diet. My glucose meter does not lie.
Not sure what this places problem is but this how I received my cheeseburger tonight. No burger included.
When I arrived at this McDonald's the drive through was long so I decided to go inside hoping to get served a little faster. I put my order in and sat and waited for a half an hour watching people come and go before me that came in minutes after me. I said something to the young lady who is an employee about my wait, she says we are working as fast as we can please be patient. I sat and, waited a,few more minutes before I said something to her again, but this time showing her my receipt with the time that I paid for my food and the time that I'm still sitting there waiting, asking her did I order something that you guys don't have because people are coming and going before me. She said well your order never showed up on my screen that's why you're waiting so long, okay understandable. She fixed my order only to give me cold fries and a cold sandwich. So the moral of the story is that I waited so long for my food that it wasn't even worth eating when I got it!
