Cons: Took forever to get my food. When with few cars in the drive thruPros: the cashier was sooooo friendly. Left like she just sold me a house and we became best friends. Very rare for McD, please promote her. I think her name is destiny.
Quarter pounder with cheese no lettuce or tomato even ask for it.. The worst is sloppy hamburger and over cooked!! This is the second time at the same time???I even told the guy at the register please don’t do my food like last time..Quality of the food is more important then the speed process especially when someone spends there hard working money..??????
You can tell there running with less working than what is needed to run a shift. It's unorganized behind the counter and the few workers you see look exhausted however are trying their best with what is being presented to them. The overall service has slipped and mistakes are occurring more regulary..
Had placed a mobile order and gone through the drive thru to pick it up. They had canceled my order while I was waiting, made me go in to get it situated and the MOD had been very brash with me, belittling me and making it seem like it was my fault and that I was an inconvenience to him. Took 20 minutes to end up getting my food. Still have yet to see a refund on the mobile order. This happened on 12/29/21 at about 11:30- the MOD was male presenting and very rude.
Male Manager is rude and does not like to accept responsibility for the company's mistakes. Do not order through the mobile app; they will cancel your order even after payment has gone through and make it your fault and attempt to have you pay again. They also constantly are getting orders incorrect. Better have a thick skin to try to remedy that. They will make it significantly more difficult than necessary.

Bad service. Employees are very rude. They practically throw your food at you. I had a lady do that. I also had someone say we better fix this so she don’t come back. Very disrespectful. Not friendly at all.
Excellent table service and my deluxe quarter pounder with cheese was juicy. The fries were a bit dry. Restaurant was very clean.
Ghetto! Lazy! Pinned a hand written sign on their drive through machine saying "closed at 1030" drove through at 1012 only to wait 5 minutes for no reason, I drive around to leave and there's one sole worker sitting in the dine in area on his phone. This location is terrible, there's a reason the inner york city locations have a bad reputation while the far east and west end locations are looked at in a better light... lazy and bad service with manegers not upholding their end either. Stay away 10/10
Had to give 1 star to write review. I'll start by saying I get we're in a pandemic. Not many want to work. The woman that took my order was rushing me. She missed half my order. Got to the window to pay. I asked the young man to repeat my order, which he did & it wasn't correct. Ok, no biggie we worked it out. Got to the 2nd window to get food. The young girl handed drinks out, didn't say a word. Another girl handed me the food. Needless to say, I wanted to make sure it was correct before I pulled away. My burgers were correct. But the sauce for the nuggets wasn't. There wasn't any ketchup like I requested. They were no napkins nor straws. My French fries turned out to be mostly hard crunchy almost burnt ends. And not to mention the buns were stale. It was the rushed and rude service that got me over everything else.
