I ordered a Cheesesteak sub yesterday and asked for provolone instead of American I was charged extra topping for the provolone I also ordered for my sauce on the side and some extra sauce they charge full price for extra sauce I also ordered jalapenos on the side I ended up paying $15 for a sub. Now I cannot complain about the taste The Taste was good but the fact that it was $15 for 10 inch sub I just think is ridiculous. When I call back to ask about the price I was told the price on the website was no longer correct their subs are now 1049 or sub and that's the base price and then you build from there again this was a 10 inch sub and I paid $15 for it I just don't think that's okay. I believe that the companies need to make money and I have no problem with that but to charge somebody $15 for a sub just doesn't make
The pizza was very tasty but the customer service was terrible and the atmosphere was a little rough. The restaurant was very loud. The decor was clean and pretty, but most people seemed frustrated or tired or both making it less enjoyable. I did not see a single employee smile the whole time I was there. The pizza was really good so from the perspective of the food I would give it 5 stars. However from a customer service perspective i probably give it a 2.
we went in for dinner and seen cool looking slices and placed a order of wings, the wings were over cooked and gave us kens dressings which 1 order of wings comes with only 1 dressing...and the pizza from the taste has been sitting out since earlier in the day, I got a big Mac pizza a BBQ chicken pizza and the chicken was super dry on the pizza we also go a small portion of a boli which was the best thing out of our order. Even the creme soda lacked flavoring ?For $40 dollars I would've expected fresher food BUT the people were really nice!
The food is consistently good. The customer service is great. Everyone I take there loves it. I lived in MD and had a pizza place I was loyal to. I didn't think I would find a place as good but Marco's is now my new favorite.
Food prices are on the rise and the quality is going down hill I got a a burger and fries and taco pizza the were cold but they were closed when I called my burger was fake not cooked fresh it looked like they tried to grow an onion on it and I asked for extra mayo they barley use any but this time it was a lake this is the third order in a row. Time to see a new spot in town .
Ummm if you haven't been here you need to go. Everyone is super nice. The food is beyond outstanding! The dough is cooked to perfection. The ingredients are fresh. Even the garden salad I had was delish! Portions are large and prices are super affordable. Great dine in experience!
This is my favorite pizza place of all time. We no longer live in the area, yet every time we come back to visit we stop here! I’ve tried to look for pizza this good in other areas and have never found it.
Flooded them with a group of 25 at 8pm on a Saturday night. Staff held up and performed awesome. Food came out quickly and prices were definitely worth it. Would visit again in the future. Thanks to everyone working that night.
My parents have been getting their pizza here for a long time now. And when I visit, I ask if we can order the pizza because it's so good. I emailed about a gift certificate for Christmas (I live across the country) and Sabrina emailed me back the same day, was so easy to work with, and got the gift certificate in the mail in a timely manner. I know it's more work for them to do the gift certificates over the phone and mail them. Thank you guys for helping me with my Christmas shopping!
Order 2 large pizzas. One mushroom and pepperoni. Both pizza were over cooked and crust burnt. I understand they were busy. I would say please give me same quality when slow as busy....
