just went by the drive thru to buy 2 orders of the 12 pieces for 17.99 and when I asked for it the 2nd person that jumped on the person that originally was taking my order said that she can't make me the 2 orders that she can make me one....and I said ok so give me one....and I told the cashier I'm going around to ask for the second one because I need 2, i thoughi was one for customer because they didnt said anything else and when i paid he just laugh, so I went around and asked for the second one she came with a really bad attitude and said I told you I can give you the second one and I asked her why not and she said I told you I don't have enough chicken ....I told her I can't make the order didn't means you don't have chicken, you didn't told me you didn't have enough chicken and was talking trash and with and attitude, so I told to my self...she said she don't have enough chicken and was with an attitude let me check my order...and I was right she gave me less chicken and they didn't gave me my receipt, so I went back to asked for the chicken they laugh in my face and that girl still with the attitude, and after I leave the window she was still talking trash.....they was sitting in the back and you can tell they was having fun and giving a d horrible customer service....I'm not going back there and I recommends none of you going there either.....WAS THE KFC QUEEN STREET YORK, PA......I know where the manager was....shame
2 customers waited on. Then I Waited in drive through line 10 minutes withput service. Hours opened at 11 but locked up.Lazy lazy employees. I don't want then cooking my food.
Employees rushed over to lock dining room door 5 mins early. Shut off the drive through speaker. When pulling around the corner sever employees were hanging out the drive through window vaping as you can see it in her hand.We were told that the speaker shuts itself off 15 mins before close. All pictured are full grown adults.
i’d give zero stars if i could. pulled up to the drive through and the kid at the window said they were out of everything and couldn’t serve us at 6pm. i kid you not, the drive through person leaned out the drive through window and lit a cigarette while telling me they had no food. besides looking disgusting in the back the staff is absolutely horrendous. DO NOT GO HERE
The app doesn't allow you to leave a rating of less than 1, the place should be closed down looking at all the recent reviews on the service. Or at the least a different manager and staff.I went on a Sunday at 7pm to pick up some food. The store closes at 8pm. I wait in the line for about 10 minutes noticing the line has not moved nor do I hear the car up ahead placing an order. I decide to get out and go inside to place my order since maybe the guy was making that large of an order. I go inside and there isn't anyone at the counter, the lights are off except for a light in the back. I can hear talking but I dont see any food or smell any food. The place was actually cooler than outside as though nothing had been getting cooked in there for hours. A teenage boy walks up front and is surprised to see me I ask him if they are still open and he stands there confused. No idea if that was a staff members kid since he looked 14. A woman comes from the back seeing the kid standing there and I ask if they are open. She sighs and says they are almost out of food. I look around because where is the food? The place is dark, not one box, not one wing anywhere, it looked like they already cleaned up like it was 8 instead of 7ish. At that point I'm over it and inform her that there is a line outside that people have been waiting at. She's exasperated now saying, "someone get the headset the sensor didn't go off." This isn't Feb 2020 closing early without notification, saying you ran out of food for a restaurant is ridiculous. I can ignore the poor customer service since it's fast food so I dont care if you have a smile or chat me up when you put my food in the bag but this place is off the hook.Overall go somewhere else. You would be better off going to the royal farms across the street.*Also they are a combination KFC/Long John Silvers. So they ran out of chicken and fish? Smh
I wish I could post NO STARS ! Went in the drive -thru at 1155am, I was told over the drive-thru speaker by a very rude person that they are not open. I called the restaurant 5 times to find out when they open (internet says 11am), phone rang and rang, no answer. Drove by later at 1pm and 3 employees were outside smoking cigarettes, one employee had the headset on. I instantly called to see if they were open and no one again answered the phone. Mcdonald's is looking pretty good plus I have never had a rude employee at Mcdonalds off Cape Horn Rd.
I ordered a family meal tonight and got mashed potatoes that we're not even filled the full way. I paid 43.43 and only got half of my potatoes cause somebody doesn't want to do there job. it's not hard to fill a bowl up with potatoes.. this is ridiculous and half the time there never open cause they have no staff. the lady who I dealt with was very rude and I'll take my buisness elsewhere now cause KFC y'all need to get it together
Sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. Nobody took our order. I was yelling and honking my horn and called twice with no answer. I pulled up to the window and saw only one person working. We decided to take our business elsewhere, just like the cars behind us.
We have gone through the drive through for lunch around 11:30 twice this month and they’re never there. Maybe short staffed? If so, just put up a sign.
DO NOT GO HERE. Ever. If you are craving KFC make the drive somewhere else. These dudes here will ignore you while they hang out inside with their friends. Whatever these dudes are getting paid it's a straight waste.
