I think they’ve actually got my order right maybe 3 out of the 10 times I’ve been here. It’s not a 1 star due to the fact the food is sometimes fresh but the saving grace is the staff is friendly… at least at the drive-through.
This store should close! They are wasting customer time. As a Dasher, I advice never take order from this store. They turn good deal to bad by how slow they are. Staff hanging round every time I come
I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, after ordering, to receive my 16 piece meal. No gravy with the mashed potatoes & the batter on the chicken was so greasy it was soggy. So sad. I called to speak to the manager and no one picked up the phone after 7 rings. I will not be going back. ?
Love KFC. But ordered online and my order was incomplete, try calling and no one answered. I understand there understaffed but would of loved to receive what I ordered.
We doordashed an order from this location tonight. Received 7 beyond nuggs in my order for 12. No side of cole slaw, no dipping sauces when I had ordered both. Forgot my partner’s cookie, too. Food was delivered fast, but what’s the point when half the order is missing?
I don't even want to rate one star at this point. I am so angry. I just ordered Uber eats through their store. I was missing over half of my things! I ordered a three-piece Chicken Box that comes with a biscuit, a side and a drink. I ordered a sandwich box which comes with three sides and a drink. I ordered an order of popcorn chicken. I ordered two extra biscuits. What came in my bag you ask? One sandwich alone and one order of popcorn chicken. My husband's combo is completely missing all together and we are missing our sides and drinks. I never put reviews out there but I am so mad this is so ridiculous! I have called the restaurant 7 times, no answer!
Line took about 45 minutes to get from where you order to where you pay n get food. Biscuits were all broken in pieces. Chicken was edible but wasn't crunchy. Won't go there again!
We ordered and 8 piece bucket of extra crispy chicken last night for supper. We were told that they only had the original recipe at that time, so we took what they had. When we got home we found that they had given us 4 thighs and no breast. Also the drumsticks were very dried out and tasted very old. It was by far the worst bucket of chicken that I have had in 60 years of eating at KFC.
So very slow, waited in line for at least 20 minutes after our order was taken until we even got to the window. And they were not busy at all (4 cars in line, we were 3rd). Also when we got our food it wasn't even hot and to call it warm would be considerate.
After waiting AN HOUR in the location for an order I placed online I got the attached amount of Mac and cheese. No apology. Nothing. I know they made a new container of Mac and cheese so why they didn’t actually put anymore in the container who knows. No one said anything to me the whole time I was waiting. The store was so cold my nose was starting to run there was an employee who wasn’t wearing any gloves and had fake nails that were at least an inch long. And they weren’t even busy. Half the time I was waiting most of them were standing around. A grub hub driver left without picking up his order because they were taking way too long. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.
