my wife went here like she does 3 times a week every week and the lady working the drive thru was very rude to my wife and my wife was told very loudly that there was no more chicken and it was only at 8:41 pm so my wife ordered mashed potatoes and mac n cheese and when my wife got to the window the lady pretty much threw the food at my wife and pushed it out the window disrespectfully smh when does kfc ever run out of chicken? i called the manager and was told that they were sorry and the employee lied about there being no chicken i also called corporate office too hopefully this employee was told about her actions and can be treating loyal customers like that as we spend about 60 dollars a week here and we r very nice people and we never treat anyone like she did to us
3/2022..... Drive through cashier was VERY rude! I went there last week, and I was trying to order a bucket of chicken. I ask for all dark meat, and he told me that he couldn't do that, because it's a special. I asked him again, and he rudely replied that he couldn't change it! I know that's a lie, because that's the only way I get the bucket of chicken! I pulled off and drove to another location and got exactly what I ordered! I don't tolerate rudeness, so I won't be going to this location again!
Terrible service and terrible food. I know there is a labor shortage but these employees are clearly taking full advantage of the free crack pipes our government is giving out.
If you want dry over cooked corn, no biscuits, and a missing side come here. Definitely will NOT get food from here again. All this after being asked to take original recipes because they were low on extra crispy AFTER i made it to the drive thru window.
Second time in a row they got my order wrong. This time I order a 16 piece meal and when I got home I had 8 thighs in a bucket. I called to speak to the manager and the guy hung up on me. I called back and no-one apologized for the mistake or for the fact I had to drive back to get my chicken. I asked for refund over the phone and they said I would have to drive back for that too. Not sure why my numbers couldn't be entered into the credit card terminal, it felt like staff were doing everything they could to be obtuse because I was upset that they messed my order up.
I ordered an original 16pc with 4 sides.It looked like all the chicken was in the fryer way too long, and did not seem like it was fresh. With the sides, I ordered 2 large mashed potatoes with gravy, cole slaw, and fries. I never got my fries. I paid almost $48 for this meal and can hardly eat the chicken. Very disappointed, and broke
For $24.49 the 8-pc Tender Meal shown on KFC television ads is very misleading; your ad shows super big tenders stretching side-to-side of a round bucket and what you get are 6-inch at best small dried-up tenders with very little chicken inside buts lots of dried over-cooked cold hard batter on the tenders. The Large Fry was barely warm, very greasy, and overly salty which had a weird oily after taste. The Mac & Cheese was cold and gummy. I also purchased 2-chicken breasts crispy skin which were barely warm but tasted good. The best part of my $33.15 order were the Biscuits, they were very tasty. I wanted to order some wings, but the restaurant was out of them; probably a good thing seeing how bad they screwed up the chicken tenders.The KFC on Loucks Road (RT.30) in York, PA is the place to go if you want cold, over-cooked greasy and salty food. I will not be going back.There was no option to order inside; had to use the drive-thru and you all know..you get screwed using any drive-thru...When you pull up to the pick-up window the inside of the restaurant looks trashy and unclean from the outside. The girl working the pick-up window was very rude and hard to understand; seemed to me she was putting in time and did not want to be there, common for this younger generation.Once and done, not going back to the KFC (RT.30) Loucks Road location, PERIOD…

The drive-through orders are wrong. Ordered a 16 piece meal at the drive-through and when I got home there was only 8 thighs in the bucket. I have left other mistakes at this location go in the past but I paid $47 for this chicken/sides. I called the location and when I asked to speak to the manager the guy hung up on me. I called back and the manager got on the line. I told her the employee hung up on me and she said were you talking over him? I can't believe talking over someone warrants them hanging up on you! At no time did I swear or say anything disrespectful. I think receiving 8 thighs instead of 4 breasts, 4 legs, 4 wings, 4 thighs warrants a little irritation plus the fact I had to drive back. No one apologized for the mistake and it's a huge inconvenience to drive back to a location 25 minutes away. Accuracy is lacking and customer service seems to be obsolete at this location. I won't be back.
Horrible! Absolutely the worst KFC I've ever had. Order was wrong, I can deal with that, but the chicken was almost inedible. Greasy yet dry like they sat for hours before being served. The potatoes tasted burnt. I will not return. I will go out of my way for something other than KFC. Absolutely pathetic!
