Customer service lacking. Seemed irritated when we specified things we wanted
Good food prepared quickly. Easy to get in and out of and they deliver too, as well as cater. Pricey, as all Jimmy John's are, and this last time I was there I had to bag my order myself, so that was a bit off-putting, which is why I have to dock them a point.If you want a good sandwich, though, pay them a visit.
Decent size menu. Always a good place for subs.

First, I gave it two stars instead of one because I do love Jimmy John's overall. But the reality is this specific location should only be 1 star. Every time I go there, something is wrong with the order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Missing tomato, lettuce, and/or peppers; onions added when I asked for no onions; altogether wrong sandwiches. I've even ordered online a few times in case it was a miscommunication at the register, but I still have a bunch of errors with my order. The crazy part is we only make 1-2 modifications from the standard sandwiches when we order, so it's not like we're asking for something highly customized.
One of the best subs in town. You name the sub, they have it. Only suggestion is, staff could be a little more courteous.
JJs offers indoor and outdoor seating. Made to order sandwiches in a clean, pleasant spot. Sandwiches are really good. A great spot to stop for lunch.
Albeit a few exits up the highway, this is the closest Jimmy John's to my house. Well worth the drive imo! Never had a bad experience here, the crew is always friendly and polite, and they make amazing subs! Will keep returning for my Jimmy John's fix when that hunger calls, as it often does!
First time I ever ate here and I was not impressed. not very many toppings, not much meat. charge extra for the cheese. cost me ten bucks for a 6 inch sub and a soda. I'll be spending my money elsewhere
I like there subs only complaint once they were out of onions and never told us until we arrived to pick it up.
