Listen, I love Jimmy Johns as much as the next guy. Honestly probably more. Which is most likely why I’m upset enough to write my first review of all time. This review does not reflect the quality of the food, the service, or the employees. This review is to trash whoever is in charge of showing online if the store is open or closed. The JJ’s in Loucks has been closed for awhile. But it has also shown that it’s closed online. It finally has shown it’s open, so I took my fiancé there as a delightful treat. Lo and behold the store was still closed. Needless to say I was devastated and angry. Now we have to find another sub shop around with service so fast I’ll freak. Thanks a lot.
I love Jimmy John's and recently found this one near where I work (Healthcare traveler working here temporarily) anyway, little disappointed they only open at 11am as my 12 hour shift starts at 11am...? guess it'll be hospital cafeteria again.
I've tried to order delivery 3 times now within the last 2 months and all 3 times have been told either they don't have a driver or they stopped delivering at 2. 2 p.m. On a Saturday. The website doesn't mention this at all when I place an order for delivery.I used to love getting lunch while I'm at work fron here but I'm not gonna waste any more time making my order just to get a call 10 minutes later telling me they stopped delivering at 2. On a Saturday...Would give one star but the sandwiches are really good but that's about it.
Love their Sandwiches, but I had terrible service ! The cashier was very rude.
First time there. I was surprised to see they served unwich, which is wrapped in lettuce leaves, bc I don't eat bread, fixed to my satisfaction and it was great!
