if you go in and order in person they rarely get the order right even though you're right in front of them telling them your order. the pizza is underOokedit's very doughy. I ordered delivery and it's going on 2 hours now and my order still hasn't gotten here I called and they said it'll be another 40 minutes and I live 10 minutes from the store
Great food and prices! Parking in the rear or on street. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!
3rd time coming here and this is the third time they messed up my order. Why is your provolone cheese yellow? If we asked for a different cheese, why do y'all keep putting this same one every time?
I came here after traveling all day. I was hungry and thirsty and I couldn't find anywhere else to get some real cooked food. The cashier was very friendly. She understood what I was trying to order even with my facemask on. The cooks in the back is why I gave this place less stars. I could hear their conversations in the kitchen and to say the least they were not very professional. I can understand they need workers, but that is not a valid reason not to like customers. The food was great and was made correctly. The refrigerated drinks were at the proper temperature. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional cooks, I don't think I'll return any time soon.
Second time ordering online and NOT receiving my order. I have to dispute charges with my bank! Save yourself time and stress by ordering elsewhere!
For as long as I can remember the recipe for these cheese ? steak subs has always been kept so amazingly consistent in flavor and doneness.It makes all the difference in the world when you know beyond a doubt that you will always get exactly what you are craving for.
Have had food here many times and the food never disappoints. But tonight I went in for 2 cheesesteak subs and my 3 year old chicken strips with fries. My sub was suppose toHave cheese, fried onions, pickles, mayo and ketchup. With the cheese sauce on the side. My sub was completely wrong had lettuce, tomatos on it which I didn’t order. My sub was completely soggy I ended up throwing the entire sub away. My husbands chop steak I asked for the sauce on the side bc I live far away it was put on the sub. I wrote on the app and called into the store and spoke with two employees after placing my order. My husbands sub was soggy as well. My sons chicken strips and fries were over cooked and burnt. Very disappointed with the food quality that we received here tonight. May not come back to this location. Very disappointed!
This is the 2nd time my order was wrong. The first time they forgot my canoli, I left it go. This time my Food was an Hour and half late! I called they said she forgot her phone. Ok I will call back in a few if she can't find it. Well, when I called back they said my Food was being Heated in the Oven that I would get Fresh. Yeah right! All of it was cold!! This will be the last time I ever Order or Eat here again ever!!
I get pizza here fairly often and it’s usually very good. This last time, however, the crust was so thin and wet it couldn’t hold the toppings at all. Not sure what happened this time, but was a bit disappointed. Hopefully it was just a fluke.
Ordered a cheesesteak with mushroom and onion. Received a cheesesteak hoagie with brown lettuce. I reordered and because of my covid did not want to send the other sub back..... I was hassled by the person in her phone and finally apon asking for my money back did they finally agree to give me a new item. I have been going jim and nenas for over 30 yrs. This was my last order from them. Until this day it has been a delight. Bad service ruined a good business.
