Great food, can't beat the prices. I mean you can't beat the prices. Gotta try to believe. Excellent atmosphere. Great service best kept secret outside of York. ???
Been there many times, it's so inexpensive how can you complain. The steaks looked excellent. We were all happy with our meals, and tge cakes are great!
We eat there on a regular basis. You can get a prime rib dinner for 12 bucks. However the flavor could be better but still in today's economy the price is cheap a bowl of soup for two and a quarter and you got to try the peanut butter chocolate cake it is awesome
My family and I took the drive to York.. There where 12 of us in total. As we tried to enter, they said we could not come in because there were too many of us, and stated we should have made reservations. It's a smoking bar, no real separation from the bar and the dining area. Not to mention there were others behind us that were seated..Seriously...we even offered to sit at different tabIes, to take stress off the waitress, they still wouldn't serve us. Such a shame, I had been there before with my husband and praised the food and prices to my friends and family.
This is where the locals go. The food and alcohol is inexpensive and good quality. It is a smoking bar and over 21 but you can easily order tKeout for the whole family for as much or less then cooking at home. Jerry is the best he runs a tight ship with a drama free bar!! This is the place to be where everyone knows your name...lol!
Love Jackie B's. Their food is tasty, but the truly amazing thing is their low menu prices. Unless you've been there, you won't believe the deals they offer. It's like having a club membership, without the hassle of paying dues every year. You have to be 21 and older to eat there and smoking is allowed in the dining area, both of which I am/enjoy. Food is basic. Cheap ,BASIC, BLAND food.Has bar attached to restaurants part. Expect a smoke, bar atmosphere. nothing more of a turn off then a waiter who smells like a pack of cigarettes.Place needs an face-lift so can be more inviting. Wouldn't consider this a good family place since their isn't a separation from the bar to enjoy with your family. Food is bland and isn't great in taste. But if you looking for cheap then its your spot. It is a local hang out. Nothing to brag about.
I love this place. Food is amazing. Yeah..you can smoke in the place, I don't smoke, but it's not overwhelmingly smokey. The cake, Hawaiian Pineapple cake, is homemade and to die for. I love this "Hole in wall". It's been 4 years and we still go. I MISS THE FILET. Please bring it back!!! ☮️

Just moved to York and one of my coworkers you need to try Jackie B's so I tried Jackie B's last night and good and drinks were good. I wasn't never used to back home being in a restaurant/bar that you can smoke in. But all in all this I really had a nice time there. My waitress was very perlite. I will be back at Jackie B's this is my new spot away from home.
