Messed up my order like Panera always does. Though the difference is this location was accountable and made things right. I was floored with how much they cared. This alone makes me want to support them more.
Isaac's is always awesome the food here is amazing and the customer service is dehler the great spot to get you some lunch there's Isaac's all over York but this one happens to be my favorite it's large and open soups & Sandwiches are fantastic come in anytime
Good selection of soups, salads, wraps and sandwiches. There is flexibility with type of bread or wrap. Service was very good.
Always a great fresh sandwich! Fantastic pickle mix which helps out with the high prices.

Originally I'd tried placing an order using the web site but was unable to make all of the changes I had wanted to try, so I called in from the parking lot. The gent taking my order was kind and patient while I built my sandwich from the ground up, read it back for accuracy which I greatly appreciated because of the complexity, and offered a side which I thought was polite. I declined and opted for an upgraded side rather than the already fantastic chips. (No drink today.) I was pleased to find he offered a payment over the phone instead of coming in which I jumped at the opportunity. The only hitch in the system was that, while I preferred to use the curbside pickup rather than go in, I was politely asked to use the web to place the order next time since it must go through a different way. He offered to bring my meal out "this time", and I thanked him several times for it. I wish I could have made the online service work and I'd have been in compliance but appreciated the gesture.My food was made to order and brought out before I could finish writing the review here, and was ten minutes sooner than the earliest available pickup time when viewed on the web.Great job!
Wouldn't bring my food out to the curbside parking spot because I had to pay cash. Let me sit outside for over 10mins and they were not busy. Never had an issue with this location before and always tipped your employees over 30% on take outs and they always been more than happy to bring out to car. Whats the point of curbside? The people are usually very nice and fast but today you lost a customer of over 10 years. They would not give me my food unless I came in and wore a mask.
Friendly atmosphere, good food, but overpriced
Tomato and pepperjack cheese soup was delicious. Served piping hot. Our sandwich were just as delicious.
Great food, friendly staff and good environment. They are taking good Covid precausions.
