Five of us went to IHOP on a Friday night and it was truly the worst experience in a restaurant I have ever had. The staff did not care about anything. Our waitress asked about drinks right away and brought them out in a timely manor but after that it only went downhill. Twenty five minutes after we ordered, two of our meals came out with a side salad. Neither came with dressing and we asked for some and our waitress left for about ten minutes and came back and said she didn't have the two that were requested. We then asked if they had any and she said no. Another twenty five minutes later the rest of the food came out with a few side items missing. These three meals were basically inedible. Personally I got a buffalo chicken melt with fries, the bread was so crunchy I could only eat the middle and one half of my sandwich had almost no chicken. My fries were so burnt that I couldn't even eat them. The other two meals that came out fifty minutes after we ordered were also messed up and we never even got everything we ordered. It was truly a terrible experience, our waitress apologized to us a few times but she also didn't asked about refills even once and never checked in with us or asked if we needed anything. It was very clear the staff did not care about our experience. I've been there before and I remember it wasn't great but nothing to complain about. We plan to get a full refund and will never go back to this location. Until the staff changes I recommend not going there on a Friday night.
This is the first time I've ever been to this IHOP location and I must say I was very pleased with the food oh, and the service was even better. The only downside is that there isn't very much parking, and because it was pouring down rain and all the spots are filled I had to park behind the restaurant in the hotel's parking lot. Aside from that though my visit was amazing. We met my mom my grandmother and several other family members here for a Mother's Day breakfast and all of our food was exactly as we ordered and tasted great. Even after making our server go back to the kitchen the seven times for additional items still so pleasant
Usually Ihop is good. Last visit was slow and food was cold. Our party of 4 had food come out at different times so we didn't really eat together and the pancakes were hard (never experienced that before). Server was very polite but not attentive. I know every business is experiencing staffing shortages but this was just not a good visit.
Waitress came to our table 2 times total. Didn't give us silverware or napkins until we kept asking after food arrived, finally 10 minutes later, we got some.. our food was cold by the time we could enjoy it. Food (other than being cold) was decent.
Their quality has really gone down, which says a lot for IHOP. Eggs and pancakes were okay in that they were good but I could have made the same things from home and it would have been faster and cheaper. Sausage tasted like hot dog (it might have actually been hot dog?). Hash browns were totally unseasoned. Coffee tasted like water. They don't even have metal utensils lol. They gave us packets of plastic ware.It pains me to say this, but I think this was the last time I step into an IHOP, especially now with all of the local joints in the area now.They retain one extra star because the server was super nice and doing the best she could, even though I'm pretty sure she was the waitress for half the restaurant.
Never, ever again.I had a gift card so I decided to go. Coffee was bitter, the food was cold, the cheese never melted on the eggs. Extremely dirty in the dining room. The server was delightful so I tipped well but I will never go there [email protected] get it together
I’ll start out by saying that I didnt want to go to this restaurant but I was taking ny niece out and she really wanted to go to an ihop, because she has never been to one.The atmosphere of the restaurant was good and I thought it was nicely decorated for Christmas.I ordered coffee. The waiter brought out a cup of coffee for me and then proceeded to tell me they were out of all flavored creamers but had half n half and they were also out of sugar but had splenda. I told him to forget the coffee and I got water instead. Not a huge deal but I really wanted coffee.I ordered a stack of plain pancakes because it was a safe choice. No complaints.My boyfriend ordered a plate called the split decision. He ordered scrambled eggs with cheese. When the orders came out, the eggs with cheese were on my nephews plate, so we had to switch the eggs around. When the waiter saw us doing so, he insisted he bring another plate of scrambled eggs with cheese.I dont know about you but when I picture scrambled eggs with cheese, the cheese is mixed into the eggs and not just a slice on top. We found this to be quite odd.Our waiter was friendly and nice but we would not return due to the food.
Food took over an hour. Granted 7 people, but weren't very busy. Didn't get silverware until food on table for 5 minutes. Also silverware was brought in a cup of water. Told them we wanted dry . 2 dirty forks later, finally ate. Food mediocre at best. Will not return.
There is ZERO customer service. I've been there a few times and there's never any employees to be seen and when you do see someone they run to the back. Gone are the days of greeting people when they walk through the door. There is no sense of friendliness. I thought servers want tables? How does that help ignoring the front?Absolutely awful.
Half of our order was missing. I love IHOP but never going back to this one again.
