I want to Start off by saying I love this place, but today's experience was one not good. The extra star is because I normally love it here. There's always a line, but today I rushed over because only 4 people were in line, 2 single people, one group of two. It was a little slow, but I saw two people at the counter, so I was patient. After two people were helped, one person at the counter disappeared, as I got closer, I saw at least 5 people in the kitchen area casually wandering back and forth and the guy who was at the counter who walked away appeared to be doing something irrelevant to the counter. The people in the back looked they were having a lot of run, but apparently didn't know how to run a counter. It was really hard to tell who was in charge as no one seemed to have an urgency for the counter. To top it off, I walked up to the counter hoping someone would realize I had been waiting over 10 minutes, getting closer to 15. Then someone else pulled up and walked up and someone opened the other window to immediately help them. I was so frustrated I just left. I hope someone has a discussion with the supervisor that there should only be so many people working in the back at a time slow or not, one kid shouldn't have to man the whole counter.
Very good extra thick strawberry shake. Seems like a good place for a date. Highly recommend. Also a very good community around here.
I was blatantly called ugly by one of the workers. I have been there twice, I know one of the workers so I came to visit. The ice cream was amazing, very hard working crew and good prices. As soon as I got my ice cream and paid, a shorter lady in glasses said that I was “hyped up too much” and not cute. I just thought it was disrespectful in a work place and I hope I can go again without worrying about a comment as such. may 11, 2022 evening
The salted cameral truffle ice cream is amazing, among the best I've had. The wait however was long. Well over 40 minutes outside in a single line.
better customer service out of all the times I been here this was the first for this they was very rude my sister asked for her milkshake to be made later because we sat and hade ice cream when it was time to go the milkshake was already made she ask for it to be made over they said it would be a extra charge and was just laughing in our face
I love their ice cream, it's so good and I always get black cherry but I should really venture into other flavors. It's so creamy and balanced it's worth trying I promise.
Line was 40 mins long. 1st time here with a group of kids/teens. Very busy location especially with nice weather.Kids loved the ice cream chocolate/vanilla/strawberry flavors.Adults had sundaes .The chocolate raspberry truffle and cookie dough ice cream were delicious and would make me come back.The sundaes were supposed to be 3 scoops but seemed smaller then cones which were 3 scoops.They had a good selection of flavors.Employees were friendly but the lines being that long can be discouraging. Some people left after 20minutes on line.

Every time I have come here when it's busy it's chaos. They have no way to guide customers into lines, it's more hassle than it's worth. I thought I'd try it on an off time, but they were too focused on cleaning up an hour before they closed. Three people cleaned, while one person casually took and got orders. It took forever despite having only one group of four in front of me. When they did get to me, there wasn't much in the way of customer service. No complaints about their ice cream, but it's cheaper and far less hassle to grab a pint of Ben & Jerry's out of the freezer.
Staff were friendly and efficient. Ice cream was excellent. I had the chocolate peanut butter brownie, spouse like a house, coconut cream pie & my favorite the cake batter in the 4 scoop sampler!
