Just left after standing at the hostess stand for 15 minutes and never even got a ‘hello’ or a ‘be right with you’ Totally ignored me. A family of 4 came in ten minutes after me. Immediately got greeted and seated although the miserable waitress was extremely rude to them mumbling about closing soon. It was 10 :10. You close at 11. That’s not soon. That was enough for me to walk out and head to Dairy Queen for my treat. Your employees are terrible, and I’m sure there was a manager there who sucks too. No way a customer should stand there without being greeted. And, no way I’d hire employees who are miserable to customers when they actually do greet them.
We decided to try their breakfast and wow let me tell you that was just a bad idea. My fiancé ordered an omelette with mushrooms and peppers and very specifically no onion. They brought her out an omelette with extra onions. She was too polite to say anything so I said something for her to which the waitress said she didn’t remember us saying specifically about the onions even though she repeated our order to us when we ordered. Anyway she decided to see if they would remake it one more time properly and of course they did not AGAIN so this time we both just decided to not say anything. This is also on top of the fact that the bacon I ordered was way overdone, the hashbrowns had no salt or anything on them, and the eggs I ordered were not cooked properly. Just a bad experience in general. The lunch food wasn’t bad when I had been here a few years ago but this recent breakfast was atrocious.
The waiter was very friendly and polite. But he did get my order completely wrong. I would still go back
We recently decided to go to Friendly's for dinner with our five teenage children and we had the best experience. Not only did our waitress get everyone’s order correctly but our food was hot and timely!! Everyone enjoyed their meals and ice cream!! Kudos to the kitchen staff also for doing a great job on such a big table!
Leaving about 10 minutes for a table even if there were quite a few tables open and clean. Then waited about another half hour to get drinks. Then 20 minutes for the drinks to come out and just as we were getting ready to leave the drinks arrived. Didn't order food because I figured it would take too long so I got a little bit of ice cream and then left. I probably having trouble with staffing and the people there just didn't seem too happy to be there.
Worse service ever! We got there, was told there would be a wait so we waited. We got called back and we sat down. No one ever came to greet us or get our drinks. Tables that came after us got there things way before. After 10 or so minutes of waiting we walked out and left. Guessing the table behind us heard and left as well.
Rachel was our server tonight, she was rude and acted like it was an issue serving us. She wore her mask around her chin throughout our visit. Was not busy when we arrived so not sure why all the frustration. This site has gone down hill quickly, last few visits have been bad. I would not recommend.
My wife and I had a bowl of food that we enjoyed and then a sundae for dessert ?
The coffee cups and silverware were so dirty I HAD to walk out. The waitress...I mean bartender that was serving my kids matched the dirty dishes. This Friendly's needs a new management.
Went there with my wife and 2 young children back on the evening of July 24th on our way to vacation. They had a sign on the door letting people know they were short staffed, which I was expecting. Being in a similar field I understand the struggles. Our experience was great. The staff was friendly and helped us with a smile on their faces and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time cooked to the standards my wife and I remember growing up to. I made a point to tell the manager he had a good staff which he acknowledged with a smile and agreed, Great job!
