I DoorDashed 5 Guys for dinner tonight and the order was completely wrong. None of the toppings were on any of the 3 burgers I ordered (they were just plain dry burgers) and when I called the store the manager accused the door dash driver of tampering with my order! ? She tried arguing with me about it when I told her that wasn’t possible. Instead of just apologizing she insisted that none of her staff would miss putting toppings on any of the burgers….i would say based on the pictures it’s pretty obvious the door dasher didn’t do it since the bun was stuck onto the patty. ? Woowee does that employee from Five Guys need a class in customer service. ?
80 dollars got 4 burgers!!! And 3 small fries and 2 drinks! It used to be my favorite burger joint but every single burger we got was messed up for that price should atleast come out right.. got 3 little bacon burger and got mushrooms onions and mayo and it only had mayo onion and cheese no bacon no mushrooms but I live all the way out in dover pa by the time we noticed everything was wrong we were home sitting at table ready to eat.. will not be back!!!
I don't recommend anyone go here the prices are ridiculous for a burger that is literally smaller and thinner then half the bun itself. You get more lettuce and other sides than you do meat. You get an abundance of fries I suppose to make up for the lack of a burger. Dave your money and got to McDonald's and buy a mcdouble it's worth your money there.
Probably won’t go again. Burgers were okay, though mine had onion - not what I ordered. They dumped a ton of fries in the bag. Quite expensive too. Floor in the kitchen area was very dirty. Oh well!
Best bacon cheeseburger around, the only complaint is that it's also the most expensive one I know of. But, you get what you pay for including TONS of fries.
MILKSHAKE TOO THICK TO GO THROW THE STRAW AND CHUNKS OF OREOS ARE SO BIG AS WELL

Best fries on the planet. Service is always friendly if a little slow. Sister says the burgers are good. I think they're too greasy.
Very slow service on 12/28. Waited 20 + minutes for my order. It seems the staff were worried about pickup orders and couldn't care less about people who were dining in. I got a hamburger and small fries, nothing about the order should have taken anywhere close to even 10 minutes. Probably 6 or 7 staff members, all doing nothing after taking the orders. I used to love this 5 guys location, but doubt I'll come here again.Food was delicious as I've become accustomed to, but service was DREADFUL
Absolute waste of time. Went in and waited over 45 minutes for my order, yet when I placed my order they were dropping the burger patties so I’m very confused on how it takes that long… other than the fact the employees were lazy. When asking for my refund the cashier said they are “short staffed and working as fast as they can they had a lot of mobile orders tonight” yet there was someone inside waiting on their mobile order still when I left. Cashier was very huffy on giving me my refund because I refused to wait any longer. They had over 6 employees “working” that’s also not counting the ones in the back room doing god knows what. I’ll never return to this location again, I’ll take the extra 20 minute drive to a different location from now on.
