I bought a frozen caramel coffee in the drive thru and it tasted like it had soap or a cleaner in it. I had to pour it out. When I called in to report it, Ryan acted like he didn’t even care and he didn’t know what to do about it because they didn’t have a manager on duty. So I assume they’re just gonna leave it the way it is and everyone’s gonna get cleaner in their frozen coffee. Guess I’ll have to start going to the new Starbucks across the street if that’s what I’m going to get at DD…. So disappointed!

The service itself wasn’t bad but I noticed when I got home that the sales associate gave me a couple of badly shaped donuts that tasted stale. (You would think of not serving these to customers). All of my chocolate croissants were over done and burned. This is the second time I’ve been here and both times haven’t been the best, so I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
I order iced coffee it’s always ordered the same but never tastes the same and rarely tastes right. Some days it’s pretty much a cup of cream and other days I’m not sure they put the sugar or caramel in it and it’s very bitter. Better to go to the one by 83 it’s much better.
