Terrible, I had to go to work and they gave me the wrong food item.
This is the only Dunkin that gets my coffee right every single time. And I must say every time they have a decent line it goes really fast!
Manager fails to honor price set on board, makes us drive around to prove to him with a picture that we are telling the truth. We come back around with the picture and he still claims we’re wrong. And won’t honor the price advertised. Plus if you’re adding any extra flavoring to your order this please charges you buy pump no other Dunkin in 10 miles will do that
Ordered a cold brew with cold foam and only had 1/4 of the cup full of cold brew. It was also a small so $5. Yeah never comming again
DD on Carlisle Rd in York Pa has THE best service and always gets out order correct!!!
Day old donuts for the price of $1.25 these people are insane. Iced Carmel coffee with sugar....all sugar sits on the bottom! Don't support this dunkin they are only in it for the name not the quality.

I go here almost every weekend. They almost always have a line, but they are FAST so I've never waited in line longer than 10 minutes.
You ask for a half of dozen of donuts and they put them in bags instead of a box. when I asked them if they were out of boxes they say no ..
Staff is extremely rude! They ignore you when talking to you won’t be coming back here anymore!
