The service is great! The staff was so busy, yet they were still able to go out of their way to make me feel special. However, the owner can actually offer sandwiches at 2:30 PM. The egg food (?) looked like 2 yellow breast implants. The eggs lacked taste. It is time to change the menu. Yes, the ice cream was yummy. Ice cream was desert, not the main meal. Not worth the visit.
I have to say first impression of this location for my very first Dunkin experience was great! I totally missed the order speaker and realized it after I reached the window...the young lady at the window was extremely kind a courteous as I explained and apologized and she was amazing - I had no idea how to use the app my coworkers said I needed to try and she helped me order what I desired providing me with all options available. With all that I was barely there 5-8 minutes in the drive thru line on a Tuesday morning about 8am. I sadly don't remember her name but I just wanted to leave a great review :-)Keep up the great customer service and I'll keep coming back! :-)
Dunkin' donuts are 400 times better than maple donuts the quality of their donuts the taste of their donuts I gave it a high 100% the staff is caring and the quality of the service is impeccable
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Bought a Box of Joe and half dozen donuts for a work event. The coffee in the Box of Joe was stale. My college suggested that I get a refund. I called to ask for a refund and no one answered. I left a message and no one called me back. I called a 1-800, customer service number and spoke with a customer service rep who stated that a manager from this store would call me back within the next 24 hours. No one called me back. I called the store again and this time an employee told me that I would need to bring the Box of Joe back to the store in order to get a refund (almost a week later and at this point the stale coffee box was disposed of), I stated I have a receipt of purchase and that this wasn’t possible due to the lack of communication and time that had passed. I called the customer service number again and was told the owner of the store would call me back with in two days. No one called me back. This is not how a paying customer should be treated for a poorly made order! I am disappointed and frustrated with this treatment. Terrible customer service and awful service and coffee.

been the different Dunkin' Donuts in the past month but the best one I've found so far is on Richland Avenue behind the Rutters give them a five
Sat in the drive thru and no one ever took my order so I pulled around the the window where a guy starts screaming at me and telling me I need to wait when I never even got acknowledgement that they would be right with me. Then he slams the window in my face. Horrible service!
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend making this a regular stop!
Overall they make their food and drinks food. Would be a 5 star but it can be inconsistent.
You will be given a big lecture on how to properly order your donut. if not you will be told to get to the back of the line. Make sure you know exactly how to order. If not they will get really mad at you and call you names. The supervisor slammed the window on us and called us a name this morning. Just don't go here in the morning hours if you can. We love Dunkin but not this store.
